I would definitely recommend this company. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. They had the tech Jordan come out the same day within an hour or so. He was kind, answered all of my questions, and got my spring fixed in no time. He showed excellent customer service. I will use them again for sure. The reviews are right, this is a 5 star company.

Christian came by our house last night to take a look at our gasping garage door. He was informative, polite and honest about the problem. I backed against the garage door two days before getting a new opener. I called veteran garage door repair to tell them they would have to do more work than they had originally planned. I called Veterans after nearly 4 years of my garage door not being usable. Due to the recent uptick of crime and theft in our area, I checked online for a recommendation to finally repair. Veterans scheduled me for next day, and after a very affordable repair and update my door is 100% functional plus warranty on all parts and labor! The technicians were fantastic, real friendly and explained everything for me. I also like that they have a trainee on site as well, always glad to be useful for someone's career path.

The repairman knew a lot about what was going on. It took less than twenty minutes to fix my door, which had been closed all day because of a broken spring. I called and made the appointment for the next day. Christian R. Called the next day and stated that he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and introduced himself and we went into the garage and he looked at the door and within 5 minutes he told me what was wrong and why that happened. He then gave me an estimate and I agreed. He went right to work and finished the repair in less than an hour. Christian's costumer service was top notch and my garage door has never worked that good. I highly recommend this company and Christian.
