These guys knocked it out of the park! I had wood built on top of concrete whenever I became disabled. I asked CNS to redo the porch and make it into a patio. They extended the porch with concrete, added rails and put in a drain. I picked the color of the concrete to match the house. It looks amazing! I've gotten so many compliments already. It's definitely boosted my mood!

We had a large project changing our house from cedar to Hardie siding. We found Calvin to be a responsible contractor, attentive to details and to our concerns. He communicated frequently and kept the project on track. His crew---skilled craftsmen---literally worked from sun-up to sun-down in late summer. The contractor completed a recent roofing project on my entire house in an expeditious manner. The job was completed by noon time of the same day. Very satisfied with quality of workmanship, clean up, and same day dumpster removal.

CNS was recommended to us, and they had great reviews. They were very up front about being on the upper end of the pricing scale, but there was zero pressure or upselling. In fact, we ended up up-selling ourselves, and while we had initially planned on just replacing the roof, we ended up including gutters, soffits, and fascia. We wanted an easy process with people we could trust, and even with some (minor!) bumps along the way, all of the guys we worked with were very responsive and *highly* professional every step of the way, ensuring that we got a satisfactory solution. The job was completed quickly, and the clean up was very thorough. We are very happy with the results and will recommend this company to family and friends.

Really quick work, was able to come out quickly to do the job, and work looks fantastic! Worked well to accommodate when needed as well. Sales reps were very nice and thorough with their inspections and process as well.

We just had a new roof put on by CNS Construction. They did a great job. The inspection was thorough and showing me with pics how horrible shape my roof was in. The installation was amazing! Got delayed by rain but still managed to finish in 1 day. Definitely recommend CNS Construction for your roofing needs.

I can not say enough positive things about this company! I was able to easily schedule an IN PERSON appointment and was given an estimate at that visit. No waiting! Sam was very knowledgeable about products and made great recommendations regarding our back deck replacement. What more can I say? CNS Construction will always be my answer when someone asks for a recommendation for a local roofing company. Sam is professional and the quality of work his team produces has achieved the coveted status of having not one, but three stamps of approval by three different Pittsburgh dads. I contacted Sam after seeing a really cool looking deck on a house down the street.

He passed the vibe check. you know, the one where you don't feel strangely violated after the contractor explains to you something you already know for an hour and then quotes you for what will likely be subpar work. Sam worked with me and was patient with my insurance weirdness. Once the project started, he ended up discovering not one, not two, but four layers of waterlogged shingle sandwich on my roof.

The crew shoveled garbage shingle for what seemed like an entire week. Those guys deserve a gold medal for real. Sam also dealt with harassment from my excessively angry neighbor who is the type to be angry no matter what is happening. 0% passing rate on the Mr. Roger's neighbor scale. The roof looks excellent and the quality matches the appearance. 10/10 would work with Sam again.
