One of the best dentist offices I've ever visited. Dr Oh helped me with an extraction and implant on a Saturday emergency appointment. Dr Amir saw me several times for 2 crowns and 2 fillings. She's amazing! The office staff is awesome too. everyone in the office that I have encountered has been very patient, kind, courteous, and understanding. Very clean facility and made me feel very comfortable and that's never happened at a dental office before. My kids have been seen for cleanings as well. all great experiences!

DR. HANUL OH was absolutely wonderful! He was able to see me for an emergency on a Sunday and helped me with the pain I was having. He was by far the most kind and gentle dentist I've ever been to. The staff were also great! The assistants were on top on everything during my extraction. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I was in pain and it was a weekend so I was unsure I would find anyone to help me. I found WESTAR and was able to get it quickly. Dr. Oh not only took care of pulling my painful tooth but also discussed with me a plan to help with my other dental problems. I was very impressed with the entire staff and confident in the plan I have in place to continue my dental care. Thank you so much!

I visited today and I had a fantastic experience at Western Dental. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was clean and well-organized. The hygienist was thorough and gentle, ensuring my comfort throughout the cleaning. The dentist was also amazing, providing excellent care and answering all my questions. Both made me feel at ease with their expertise and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Western Dental for their outstanding service!

Called to get in ASAP due to an abscess in a root canal that I've had for more than 15 years. The root canal was not done by him. Anyway they got me in next day on a Saturday! Gave me a script for antibiotics and I was back in a week later for a bone graft instead of another root canal. I have TMJ and an implant would be stronger and last way longer.

The anesthesiologist, Josh was so awesome at numbing! Made me feel relaxed and comfortable by the way he talked me through everything he was doing. He even did a nerve block! Believe me this guy knows what he's doing cause it was the best dental numbing I've ever had, as in not so painful as I've had in my past. Practically pain free. I don't know what he did but as the numbing wore off it wasn't as tingling and annoying as I've had in the past. Dr OH was amazingly fast and gentle in doing the bone graft which I loved cause just thinking of what all is involved in the surgery kind of weirded me out. Lol.

Never felt anything while he worked. Went in today after 4 weeks since bone graft and Drew explained the different payment options for my implant. They don't pressure you into anything. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Loved the 12 months no interest plan! I know this is a long review but I really like this place. Devon, one of the the dental assistants is so friendly and easy to talk to. Dr OH has wonderful bedside manners!

Great listener and caring. He is innovative and so knowledgeable in what he does which is just about everything! Love that I can stay with this practice for ALL my dental needs.

I have a Huge fear of Doctors in general. Dentist are the worst from previous visits to them. I had a couple teeth bothering me so I decided to reach out to Westar dental Westerville. I called in the middle of the day not expecting much and was trying to get an appointment for the up and coming Friday. To my surprise the young lady on the phone was very nice and seemed very concerned which prompted her to offer me an appointment for that day around 6pm!

I accepted and went in that same day. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and super nice. I didn't even wait long as the Dr. Was running on time! The office was very clean from top to bottom. The best part is they let me pick a move on Netflix. YES NETFLIX! I was so comfortable it felt like I was sitting in my own living room. Dr. O walked in and the rest was history!

He is one of the nicest Doctors I've ever come across! He didn't just push his ideas on me but made suggestions to what he thought. The best treatment would be for me. He then ask me what I wanted to do and gave me options. I was very impressed with the fact he took my case in a days notice and did an excellent Job. If you don't have a dentist or just want quality service, I would definitely switch to Doctor O. Me and my family will be going to DR. O going forward.

These people are great at what they do! I first went to Westar because I need an emergency taken care of on a Saturday and they were one of a few places open. At that appointment, not only did they get out bad tooth, but they set me up for the next steps to improve my teeth overall. I've been going to this office for about a year and every experience is great. Dr.

Oh and his team communicate well, answer questions, and work efficiently at every appointment. They're so good that I fell asleep while having fillings done! I always hated the dentist, but this team is very understanding and welcoming. Cannot recommend them enough!

I recently visited Westar Dental for a dental check-up and cleaning, and I'm pleased to share that my experience was largely positive. The staff at Westar Dental were welcoming and professional, making the environment comfortable for a dental visit. The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle during the cleaning, explaining each step of the process, which I greatly appreciated.

It's clear that patient care is a top priority at Westar Dental, and this was evident in the attentive service I received. Moreover, the dentist took the time to discuss my dental health comprehensively, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. However, Treatment cost seems too high to me, and they charged half of the price upfront which is I never experienced any other dental clinics.

They should be more transparent with their cost. They did not told me the correct insurance coverage. I was expecting 80% but the insurance covered only 50%. In conclusion, my experience with Wester Dental is mostly positive but I am not happy with the cost.

Westar dental took excellent care of me. They fit me in and helped me in my most vulnerable moment with horrible tooth pain. It was easy to schedule and they were honest and straight to the point. They made sure the procedure was painless and i was out the door in no time.

Dr. Oh does really good work. His staff and himself are all friendly and explain everything to the level that you desire. They take notes on patients and overall great office. So glad to have found them.

I'm someone who is scared of the dentist, but coming here was the best decision. They whole staff makes you feel welcome, plus they asked me what would make my visits better for me. It feels like they actual understand how I feel and they were willing to help ease my fears, while getting my wisdom teeth removed. I would highly suggest Westar Dental!

My son (with braces) cracked a tooth at 330pm on a Saturday. I tried our orthodontist and regular dentist and both were closed. Westar Dental was able to get us in at 4pm and diagnose and resolve the issue. The doctor is fantastic and all of the staff were amazing also. I told the doc that if we didn't already love our dentist, we would totally switch.

He said loyalty was important to him and we should stay with our current dentist. That just says so much about him and his character. He is a class act and a stand-up guy. I can't recommend them enough!

They got me as a new patient for an emergency appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was great. The dentist and his assistant were both so kind and professional.

The front desk was informative, pleasant and very professional. The doctor and staff were exceptionally gentle with my fears and pain. Every step of the way was explained and care for my procedure. I look forward to many visits with Dr. Oh and their office. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.

I had a wisdom tooth that came through my gum really fast. I couldn't get into my dentist until the end of August. It was causing me pain and a lot of pressure. My husband found this dentist and saw that they are open on the weekends, which is rare for a dentist. He called them on Sunday and they got me in the same day! I was expecting them to take a look and then have me come back at a later date for the extraction.

But no! They pulled it out right then! We were in and out in 45 minutes! The dentist and the staff were extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. My mouth doesn't even hurt! I live far away from the location, but the drive was worth it and this is my new and forever dentist office! I am eternally grateful for them! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. I have horrible dental anxiety and the staff was amazing, from the time I checked in to the time I left. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed, the doctor gave me all my options and encouraged me the whole way through the procedure. Letting me take breaks and making sure I was okay the whole time. I'm so grateful and thankful for the practice!

Dr. Oh has been amazing in all ways possible. He genuinely showed care for my dental care, and I truly appreciate it. His staff are so fun and sweet as well too. I am extremely anxious and weary of dentists, but my visit to Dr. Oh has been nothing but amazing. Anyone needing a great, honest dentist at a clean amazing facility, I would truly recommend Westar Dental! I have been raving about them to everyone! Thank you for my amazing teeth and smile.
