We had Mountainview Chem-Dry come out to clean our carpet in the family room and two cushions our granddaughter threw up on. We have used three other professional carpet cleaners in the area previously. The first one was okay. The other two were very disappointing and not acceptable at all. I guess the fourth time is a charm. You cannot tell anything ever happened to the couch cushions, and the family room carpet has never looked this good except when it was brand new. Tom was amazing and so helpful. We have found our new business to use for our carpets and highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Mountainview Chem-Dry!

They were able to schedule our cleaning for the next business day, and our technician, Cayden, worked very hard and was very kind and professional. They are awesome! We needed them for a real estate listing that had pet stains. They were great with communicating, arrived on time, protected the hardwoods leading to the carpeted areas, and gave a consultation about the stain treatment options after assessing them with tools before starting. After the work was done the carpet looked BRAND NEW. They were so professional and the quality lives up to the reviews, which is why we went with them. I highly recommend!

This entire company was wonderful. We have a black lab & Mountainview cleaned our white slipcover furniture and got a stain out of a large white area rug with impressive results! Chem-Dry did a great job on our floors. We had multiple old dog urine stains that were causing problems. They were able to treat them and the house smells much better now. They also educated me on how they continue to cause odors and the best way to clean them up to prevent any future issues should we have any more accidents. They were courteous and professional, and even though I was here by myself (a woman), I never felt anything but trust for them. Thank you Chen-Dry!

My experience with Chem-Dry was wonderful. I have a very, very large bathroom with lots of floor space. I was having trouble with residue on the floor that I found difficult to remove. There were areas that were in plain view and unsightly. I called Chem-Dry and they cleaned my floor incredibly well. It's spotless and beautiful. There are no areas of dirt, residue or grime.
I'm so pleased. The person who cleaned my floor was professional and courteous and carefully cleaned my floor, three area rugs as well as three small rugs in an afternoon.
