D&L Garage Doors and Locksmith provided ideal service and repair to our old automatic door system. The worker arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable on all parts that needed attention. A new system, maintenance for the tracks, and our actual existing garage door now works better and QUIETER. Definitely a proper repair and upgrade!

I went into the shop to purchase a set of torsion springs for my garage door. I wasn't sure which ones I needed and asked Vlad for help. He was very helpful. He called a technician to verify which springs I should get and he gave me tips on how to do it. He was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend D&L.

D&L was a great option for me. The visit to estimate was quick - and the choices were right for my garage. Parts came in within a couple weeks and the appointment was made. The installation was just what I ordered, took as long as was projected and it looks and works like a dream. My installer left the space clean and better than he found it - with the new equipment! Technician was on time and competent. They fixed our broken spring, replaced the rollers, and the bar across the top. They were up front with the pricing, it was pricey. Cost a bit more than I was expecting. Also keep checks on hand, they charge for credit card usage and I was out of checks. Service was good though!

Guy and Daniel were professional and knowledgeable! (Springs needed replacing) They explained everything thoroughly and showed me things I didn't even want to know Office person also had great communication as to when they would arrive and checked on us after to make sure we received great customer service. Highly recommend!

D&L not only scheduled quickly to accommodate items requiring maintenance based on the sale of my condo, the representative sent was extremely thorough and efficient; communicated everything through discovery and testing then showed me everything he completed allowing me to test the changes at completion. Great efficiency and thoroughness - highly recommend their services.

My technician was friendly, polite, and very upfront about the potential issues that may arise. In the end the price was spot on what he said it would be. He was in and out in the estimated time and the garage door works perfectly again. The only slight issue I had was that on my initial call, I was quoted the cost of one spring and it turns out I had two springs and both needed to be replaced. It might be good to let people know that is a posibility when making the appointment. Overall very happy with the service and repair.

Went to D&L on 5/29/17 and met the owner Guy and office manager Aivars, who were extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting 2 garage door units, they gave me a very fair price for both units and also scheduled installation within 2 hrs. The tech Andy who came over was very knowledgeable and professional. He installed units in a matter of a few hrs and did not leave till I was completely satisfied. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you
