I've commented on Gregg before. This is my 3rd review, and it's always the same. Gregg always finds answers. He doesn't throw guesses at you from the start. He takes his time and finds the problem. If he doesn't know the answer, he doesn't make things up. He simply says, "I don't know, but I will make a call and get you taken care of". 2 hours later, he had a solution and a part on-order. He never fails. Bravo.

This was my first time to use C&G's service after the owner of the company who previously provided HVAC service to me for 25 years retired. I have a well-maintained, 29-year old system that is near the end of its useful life. Gregg listened carefully to my situation and provided 3 thoughtful, viable solutions (short, intermediate and long-term), discussed the pros/cons of each and carefully answered my questions in detail.
He did not apply pressure or scare tactics and told me C&G will be ready to assist when reach a decision. While I am currently evaluating my options, I am very satisfied with the service C&G has provided to date, and am hopeful that we will establish a strong & lasting relationship.

We've been Coventry & Gattis customers for several years. Recently, the motor on our AC failed. Cedric came out in a few hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem went back to the office for a new motor and stayed late in the evening to complete the repair. We were very satisfied and grateful for all his hard work and especially that he stayed that night to finish.

Called around 9:00 AM for our contract appointment this morning and Tarek was here between 2-4. Fabulous diagnostics and repairs. Our air conditioner system is 12 years old and has never had servicing. It was overdue. Working far more efficiently now. Tarek pinpointed the issues, showed us pictures of before and after and all the readings. Coventry and Gattis is reliable, efficient and very reasonable. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. Ask for Tarek.

I've been a homeowner going on 15 years 2 different homes and numerous AC issues over the years. I have used several different AC companies for service work, inspections, and part replacement. I must say Coventry and Gattis is far better than any company I've used in the past! It's starts with Lisa in the office and runs through all there service techs.
I believe you will not find a better company out there. They are honest and have the upmost integrity! They far succeed expectations on communication. They go out of there way to fix your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will be the only company I will recommend from this point forward! This week we had our first bi-annual check-up under our new service contract with C&G. We were very impressed last October with Chris who sold us our new 3 ton variable speed Trane heat pump and corresponding air handler and the crew who installed it. And, we were not disappointed with the recent check-up by Tarek. He exhibited the same professionalism, knowledge and integrity that we'd come to expect from C&G. He was thorough and patiently worked to address an air velocity issue that had pre-dated the new unit. We are thrilled to have found C&G!

Amazing customer service! Our air conditioner failed in the middle of the night during the hottest week that we've had this year. I called Coventry & Gattis expecting to be told that they had too many other things to do. However, Lisa was incredible - she was friendly, compassionate, and said that, although they had a full schedule, she would keep an eye on things, and let me know if they could squeeze me in.
She even called me a few hours later just to say that she hadn't forgotten about me! I was floored that this business, who was no doubt incredibly busy on this hot day, took the time to check in and update me on how things were going, even if they didn't quite have the news I was hoping for just yet. In the end - they DID squeeze us in. Jerry came out, determined the problem quickly, and then showed up bright and early the next morning with the needed part to get our AC up and running.
To top off our great experience, we didn't feel ripped off. No one pushed us to try to get a new AC system (or even suggested it). We paid a fair price for the fix, and got some education on maintenance and when to replace our unit in the future. I highly, highly recommend Coventry & Gattis and their exceptional team!

Coventry & Gattis Air conditioning company was very fast and efficient at their work. My AC was fixed within 2 hours. I was very pleased with the attitudes and personalities of the owners and employees as they seemed very experienced and skilled. Saved money as well. Was not too expensive. Worth the expense for such a great job.
