Our experience with Joe from start to finish was so professional and all as promised. His quote was detailed and pretty complete and included nothing but quality materials. We did have an additional charge, but it was because it only became known after removing the shingles. It was appropriate and he sent pictures to support it. I highly recommend Stanley roofing and Hoes team! They cleaned up daily too!

My husband Jesse, and our 2 kids are newer to the area having relocated for work from Spokane. We just wanted to thank Stanley Roof and Solar for getting our roof replaced before the heat in august. The guys worked really hard and it was done in one day. Didn't interrupt the boys nap time too bad and the cats endured! Coming from Eastern Washington we didnt quite know what to expect with contractors on this side of the state.

We are second time home buyers and reluctantly had to leave our first home for better job opportunities. Which really sucks because it was just the way we wanted it. Anyway, our new home needed a new roof because the previous owners cheaped out on old roof tiles and it was leaking after 8 years. We think our inspector was wrong because the shingles used weren't even made 8 years ago.

They're an old style. Ive found out the inspector probably confirmed wrong information he got from the homeowner because most of the roofers said the roof was much older than 8 years old. I got 6 bids but ultimately Stanley won out because of their attention to detail and material warranties. Their work also had the best warranty and lifetime on the roof tiles. Pricing was right in the middle and they offered us some free upgrades to the material too.

Metal attic exhaust vents instead of plastic which was huge to us. On the east side of the state the plastic ones just don't last as long. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again but I hope I don't have to. Now if anyone has a plumber recommendation.

Stanley Roof and Solar did 3 large projects for us: new roof on house and shed, solar install, and exterior painting of house and shed. From initial contact through completion and post completion check ins they were excellent. Professional, reliable, and patient with our many questions. All projects turned out fantastic.

They did a great job! Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions. Our roof was a bit of a challenge and was way overdue for a new roof. The price was very fair. The crew was great and made sure everything was cleaned up very well. We have already recommended Stanley Roof and Solar to some of our friends.

I recently noticed some water dripping around the light fixture in our utility room. I called Stanley Roof And Solar and they were very quick to come out and diagnose a faulty vent on our roof, which they replaced the next day. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness as we had rain coming the next few days after that. They did a quality job and I would definitely call them again!

They did an amazing job. They were in and out so fast and they kept me informed about what was going on. It was a pleasure to do work with them. I had two skylights replaced. Want to give a shout out to Mario and the guys for saving basically the whole house. I was going to attempt to do this roof myself with my husband, me and some help. I am glad we didn’t. There was four layers on this thing. They ended up with two trailer loads FULL of shingles. I don’t know how the roof was still standing! The guys put all new plywoods on it too. It was so neglected, there was no saving it, and you’re only supposed to have maximum two layers!

My project manager was Mario and he was very informative throughout the process. Coming from a construction background I understand how difficult it is to manage expectations of the customer, keeping us informed throughout the process, making sure the right material is used, etc. He did OUTSTANDING. The guys did even better. They had this entire 4 layers removed, in the trailers, new plywood installed, shingled, all in two days. I was a little nervous doing it in the winter, but the team were professionals and I got a great price. Roofing materials are super expensive these days so I'm glad we got it done now before the spring when everything goes up even more. They worked with tarps and made sure the paper (they used synthetic instead of the old school tar paper stuff,) covering was down keeping the inside dry.

The house was destroyed by squatters anyway, but they took such good care of everything, they even helped git rid of some of the junk left over by the tenants. True professionals! I interviewed 3 or 4 different roofing companies and found some of them weren’t even licensed or insurance had lapsed. My husband and I are happy with our choice. We even got these cool pictures throughout the process showing that everything was done correctly. Can’t say enough nice things about Mario and the team. A+ guys. Oh, we did gutters too and those turned out great. Been testing them the last week or so and they performed perfectly, even in the ice storm. It's tough to find good trades people these days. Reading between the lines and making sure you get a good product. I've seen lots of hack jobs in construction... this is not it. Can't recommend the guys enough.

I got a bid from Joe (the owner) for a roof replacement for my rental property, an 1850 sq. ft. townhome in Vancouver. Joe was responsive, timely, and professional with his bid. He gave me a fair bid and was able to sufficiently explain his bid process and price justifications. Stanley Roof uses a locally-manufactured shingle that is a significant step up from builder-grade quality.

His bid was in the same range as other roofers, yet he offers a better shingle, better quality roof accessories, and a solid workmanship guarantee. Once we signed our contract and I put money down, he started right away with shingle delivery. He was up front with the timeline for completion and was able to stick to the timeline with ease. He texted me pictures along the way to show me what kind of wear I had underneath my old roof. Joe's crew had to do some minor structural repairs on an eve and gave me a great rate for the work and materials.

The final price was only a few hundred more than the estimate since he had already included 2 sheets of plywood in the original estimate. I enjoyed working with Joe and would recommend Stanley Roof and Solar to anybody I know. They were fair with price, professional in communication and timeline, and performed quality work with quality materials.

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on the new roof. The process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Joe texted updates and sent photos of the work as the job progressed. The workers were friendly and polite, and I really appreciated the cleanup after the job was completed. Other than the new roof you wouldnt have known they were on the premises. I hired Stanley Roofing and solar recently to perform gutter cleaning as well as routine yearly roof maintenance including moss preventative. I was impressed with the overall job. They sent a QC team back out to clean up a window or two, so they won’t give up until the job is done to your satisfaction. I will continue to use Stanley Roofing for my yearly roof maintenance.

Luke did some repairs for us and added a new attic vent. Process was quick an easy, estimate was fair. Not the cheapest but the warranty and reputation was better than the other company. You get what you pay for Services Attic venting repairs, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Gutter cleaning
