First off I got a couple of quotes for some major drain repair as I had been having issues but after speaking with Albert we knew who to choose. Albert was very thorough and understanding. He took very good care of our 1950s home, and worked around us. They replaced ALL of our cast iron drains and they did it promptly and professionally. Albert is your guy. Thank you Reliant!

Was very impressed with this family owned company. They were very prompt. Actually came earlier than expected. Cesar fixed our clogged kitchen drain in no time. He explained what the problem was, recommended what not to use, and had the water running (without any sign of a clog) within 5-10 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I own a restaurant in old town Scottsdale and had 2 floor drain issues at the same time on a Saturday afternoon. Cesar was there in less than 30 minutes and had the drains running freely in less than 15. Excellent price, service, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

So friendly and very helpful. I even needed to give specific instructions not to ring the bell or knock so as not to wake my kids, and they had no problem with it (youd be surprised how many vendors do). But an emergency situation turned into a quick fix and smiles all around! Will definitely use them going forward always!
