We have trusted our carpets to Chem-Dry for many years because of their professionalism and quality service. The Chem-Dry cleaning process uses less water, and when the carpets quickly dry, they're as soft as a new carpet again. Other carpet cleaners we've tried in the past left our carpets feeling hard from all the excess detergent and water. David has always been our servicing technician, and his attention to detail and care for our property has always been beyond our expectations. I would never use anyone for cleaning our carpets but Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Great service and fair prices in any business warrant customer loyalty.

Andrew Bremer did a FANTASTIC job on my outdoor furniture, kitchen runner and even spot cleaned a spill on my expensive wool rug! He was on time, professional and worked efficiently. We have used Chem-Dry of Knoxville a couple different time. The first time was to clean the grout in our kitchen. Today was to clean our furniture before we move into a new residence. They're fast, efficient and very friendly. The technician always has some helpful hints on how to keep things looking good after their visit!

David and Sam cleaned my living room furniture, and I was very pleased with it. First, they communicated well, second, they were right on time, third, they were very friendly, respectful, and very professional. Ive used a different cleaning service in the past, and they dont hold a candle to Chem-Dry. I looked at my pet- stained couch and thought they could never fix it, but they did! Came when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job on our carpet and even removed a red wax stain that was years old. It didn't come completely out, but it was red and had been there when we bought the house. We live in Harriman and they came all the way from Knoxville and the price was reasonable.

Andrew was very professional and patient. He explained the process of how the chemicals they use remove pet odors. It worked GREAT! Even within the first few hours you could tell a huge difference. Plus they dont have to use as much water as traditional carpet cleaning companies so the dry time was at least cut in half. Highly recommend them 100%

Andrew and his crew took a couch and recliner that had been sitting in my basement for months during our recent remodel. Andrew made them look brand new again! They even removed an old stain from one of the couch cushions that a local competitor couldnt fully remove a year ago. I will only call Andrew and his crew from here on out!

Chem-Dry did a wonderful job in removing three black ink toner stains on a very light office carpet. The products used were safe for environment, non-toxic and no odors. The cleaners were very professional and explained the levels of stain removal used (only need one for this job). And informed me of all there services. Great work and will recommend and use again when needed!

Andrew was very nice and professional. Krystal was wonderful to work with and very detailed. We had the carpets cleaned for the person who was buying the house. I know if it was me buying, I would think the carpet was almost new! That's how great of job Andrew did.
