A crew of two showed up and knocked out my carpets, upstairs and down, and a couch and everything looked great. Even after a few days once everything was fully dry the result of their hard work was obvious. The price was right. Very personable young fellas as well. I will return as a repeat customer. Mike M. was amazing! Showed up in the window, was super friendly and personable. Did amazing work cleaning up the pet urine stains and smell from our recently passed elderly cat. It was a great refresh to our entire upstairs, and the entire house smelled amazing for days. The only downside was that I kept putting off actually walking on the carpet because it looked so perfect.

I got the kind of customer service that is almost impossible to get nowadays. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to clean my carpet later that same day! My dog had an accident on very light colored brand new carpeting that I know if I didnt get cleaned professionally very quickly the stains would never come out. Mike from empire Chem-Dry came to my rescue worked diligently to remove the stains and I cant tell there ever were any stains. It is absolutely amazing. I would recommend empire Chem-Dry to anybody.

I had multiple companies come out to my home to evaluate my carpets. Empire was the first to walk me step by step through the process and explain what had to be done. They honored my coupon without question and did an amazing job. I'm a very through person and have high expectations as sould any person who is having their carpets cleaned and let me tell you these boys went above and beyond!
