I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I dont bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after its been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

Another carpet cleaning company was unable to improve heavily trafficked dark areas in our light tan wall-to-wall carpet about 10-12 years ago. We finally decided to try Chem-Dry, and are very glad we did. Steve was able to make our 23-year old carpet look like new again. I wish I had thought to take a photo of how ugly it was before to post with this review.

ChemDry has been out a few times and they always do a great job, but my last experience was the best. Philip, our cleaner, was super friendly, professional, and very detailed.

Ashley, David and Zach are a pleasure to work with. They offer a variety of options to meet our specific needs. They are reasonably priced and thorough!

They cleaned all the tile and grout in our main living areas and bathrooms, and it looks great. They also cleaned 2 area rugs and 2 couches and those came out very nice as well. The two guys that came were professional, courteous, and worked very hard!

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning. No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. Our technician, Zach Soderberg, was great: prompt, courteous, professional; he explained the whole process, worked swiftly but efficiently. Will definitely us Chem-Dry again.

My first contact was with Ashley. Informative, friendly, and accommodating, she set things in motion. Sean, our technician, was communicative, professional and very knowledgeable. (Who knew there was so much to know about different carpet fibers and stain removal?!?) Yes, all around the service was excellent and affordable. But my experience with these two will make me call again when needed- and recommend their services to friends. Big bonus their products are plant-based.

Just bought a new house and they were easy to get scheduled and were able to give me a close quote to what I ended up paying. The cleaner was nice and did such a nice job with our home. The process was simple and clean! I highly recommend them! They were also very easy to move my appointment to better for my schedule last minute.

Before donating my furniture, I wanted it cleaned to get the dog hair and dust from the swamp cooler removed. Have had multiple great experiences with the franchise in another state, so I hoped to find one on Yelp. Fantastic service, even after a scheduling snafu due to an error in my address. I did not expect I would still get my furniture done today (huge bummer) but Cally and Marvin came through and all pieces look fantastic.

Dog hair can be very difficult to get off a tweed couch (and mine was always covered), but Marvin did a first class job. Cannot recommend him more highly. Nothing but positive energy! Maliq was amazing! He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional in his mannerisms and the way he conducted the service. He took great care to remove spots and time to clean high traffic areas. When Maliq left my carpets looked brand new. I am do pleased with the work he did and this company. I use chem dry twice a year for deep cleaning of our rugs, and sporadically throughout the year for cleaning of the furniture. We have been using them for about ten years. Recently our older cat became incontinent and we had.them come to clean a mattress. They are unfailingly on time, polite, and a good value. They deliver quality services and are professional in their communications and coordination of their visits. I highly recommend them, their employees, and their services!

I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.

More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

The quality of their service is unparalleled: no other carpet cleaner has ever achieved the results Chem-Dry has on our carpets. They're also incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Albuquerque area to clean filthy and pet-disrespected carpets.

After having a horrible experience with ChemDry Duke City (a completely different owner and team), ChemDry of NM has renewed my faith in NM business. The owner of ChemDry of NM, Katie, stepped in after my horrible experience and offered to clean up the mess at no cost to me. I must admit that kind of customer-first business approach is so rare it surprises me these days. Im still speechless, but want to do everything I can to promote and refer people to this woman.

Not only did she offer to help, but she made arrangements to have her technician David come to my home on the very same day. David was professional in every way, and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than my encounter with the Duke City ChemDry. I spoke with the ChemDry corporate office about my experience with Katie and her team, and they acknowledged that Katie is one of their most successful owners and a superb brand ambassador. Katie is a leader in this company and even sits on the advisory board for the whole franchise organization.

All of that aside, I believe this woman to be a good human. She simply exercises integrity, compassion and a business leadership approach that I wish was more common. In my opinion there is no comparison. This is the kind of business that we should all support.

Jason with Chem-Dry did an amazing job on our carpet cleaning. Very thorough and efficient. Not only did he make sure we were happy with the result before leaving, but he made sure we were aware of the other services that they offer. He was very professional and helpful addressing our concerns. We have small dogs and a 2 year old so he made sure to focus on the problem areas and clean them thoroughly. I've tried other carpet cleaning companies but none does as good a job on carpet that has been trampled by 3 kids and 3 dogs! Their cleaners are punctual, professional and work really hard! They try especially hard to get stains out; even old stains from years ago. I recommend them without reservation.

I had my carpet cleaned. They did a full-service job & got stuff clean. It wasn't nasty when we started, but it wasn't the cleanest either, thanks to 3 large fluffy dogs & 2 cats. Most stains got well-lifted, but a curry stain that was yellow from turmeric just wouldn't give even to the greatest of their efforts. They worked with my schedule & honored a coupon. Pretty standard, I'd say, but what counts is the results: satisfactorily-cleaned carpet.

Ill always use Chem-Dry to clean my carpet! This was our first time and Daniel (strongly suggest you have him do your cleaning) was very thorough and did an awesome job!
