Just had Tyler clean 4 carpets and a couch that 3 dogs used as a bed and he did an amazing and thorough job. Their customer service was wonderful, as we had an issue that was my fault and they still made it right. I highly recommend you use Chem Dry off Wooster. The price is right.

I cannot comment on this chem dry company due to the fact I've never used them and reached out to several chem dry companies but unfortunately they're drying up. There's no one in my area to do my carpets which is very unfortunate. I used to use chem dry back in the day and it was fabulous.

John cleaned my sister's living room and bedroom which were both stained by the dogs. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks great. He was quick and pleasant to have in her home. She had used Chem-Dry before and will again. Thanks!

I have used Chem-dry of Wooster for over 20 years for our home and our rental units and they never disappoint! I have always requested the same technician as he takes pride in his work, always going that extra bit to get the backs of the steps and along the base of the walls. We truly appreciate Johns hard work and making sure we are satisfied with each room before he leaves.

There are many times when a tenant moves that Im sure we would be ripping out carpet bc it is so badly soiled and the technician works his magic and it once again looks new! I would recommend Chem Dry of Wooster to anyone for your carpet needs!

Just recently used them for the first time and definitely won’t be the last. I had one rug that I never thought would come clean, but it is beautiful. John Tanner was the main technician, and he is awesome. He has been with the company for over 30 years. He’s Very conscientious and detail oriented. I am extremely happy with the results.

Cleaning scheduled between 3 and 4. Arrived promptly at 3:15. Started to get to work right away! The before and after is insane, looks kind brand new carpet. Smells fresh but not in a perfume way. I had my master and large living room done. Cant beat the price!

I have a sectional in my family room that has stains from baby bottles, tea, urine, grease, dirt and a cigarette burn. I called Chemdry to clean. David came out (earlier than scheduled but company called to confirm if it was OK). David worked on the sectional for almost 2 hours. I had the furniture cleaned, sanitized and protection package. The next morning when it was dry, the only thing that remained was the cigarette burn! David did an exceptional job and I will call Chemdry the next time it needs cleaned.
