Jonathan from Chem-Dry was amazing. He was on time and although efficient, never rushed. His work was precise and thorough. And, he was personable and easy to communicate with. The process they use removed ALL the smells from our dog and saved a very expensive Persian rug we thought was ruined. I would unconditionally recommend this company and Jonathan in particular to anyone!

Having dogs that are couch potatoes means that I need to clean my couch more often than most. Happy to say the my experience the first time was not a fluke. East side Chem Dry cleaned a long fiber shaggy type rug that had pet urine smell. The rug was totally cleaned and anything that was squirreled into the long fiber rug were extracted. Best of all, the horrible smell is gone. Process took around a week. Service was excellent! Definitely recommend Services Pet stain and odour removal, Area rug cleaning

Jonathan was great. Called on his way, was in and out. The rug was under a king bed so he really had to work to remove it. Had the right tools and was able to do it himself. He also did a rug for another client and got all the smell and stains out. Services Area rug cleaning
