Moved into our house 4.5 years ago with some original carpet(2002) and some existing stains. Got Omar to come give me a quote, and was shocked at how affordable it was. Great guys that really get the job done. Darren and Omar are fantastic at taking care of the customer. I have used them a few times, and it seems to get better every time. When something does come up, it is handled professionally and quickly. What's really nice, is that they are budget friendly so they give you a solid estimate to make things easier. They will make recommendations but ultimately it is up to you. If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned, this would be a place that I would highly recommended.

I struggled to find a company who could come out and clean my carpet in a timely manner until I called ChemDry! They came out the very next day and even worked with my work schedule. Darren was my technician and he was extremely helpful, he called before hand to make sure that the time worked for me and showed up on time when it did! I shampooed this carpet 3 times myself and could not get the smell out. Well, Darren was able to get my carpets cleaner than new and my house smells so good again! I will not be using a different company in the future, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Darren was.early. When is a contractor early?! He was professional, pleasant, got right on task for which I was grateful as I had a lot of painting to do after carpets dried. Carpets dried in 2 hours so I got an earlier than I estimated start on painting. He called me 20 minutes out from arriving at the condo. Even helped my husband lug up a bed in a box up a flight of stairs to boot! Wonderful business!

This is the third carpet cleaning company I have used in the last couple of years and Chem Dry completely exceeded my expectations. My carpets have never looked or smelt as great as they do right now, they were even able to remove a 5+ year old ink stain. Jordan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We bought a home with horrible pet smell in carpets. Omar and his team had to come out multiple times to do different treatments to get the odors out but each time they were very professional, on time and they came back to retreat without charging. These guys are absolutely great and went above and beyond to help me salvage carpets that were improperly cleaned by our seller.

I was very impressed, they called when they were on there way and showed up 10 min early. They cleaned a couch, stairs and one room for me before the Thanksgiving Holliday. They sanitized and pet cleaned the room of cat stains and sanitized my stairs and the couch. Everything looks amazing, clean and smells fresh like oranges. It also pleases me that they use certified biodegradable cleaners so no harsh chemicals or residue to stay behind and VERY safe for my kids and pets.
Also not only did they get me in before all my family comes over but they were able to get the job done early enough that I didnt have to be late for work. Thank you Chem Dry!

3 bedrooms, living room and office for under $500. Motor oil tracked through upstairs and other stains. They got them out and applied a special protectant/sealer to prevent future issues. I have used them twice since 2016 and have nothing but great thing to say about them. The only stain not able to be removed either time was red kool aid (but nothing gets out red dye).

This company and all of its employees are amazing! I have worked with this company exclusively since they came to the Tri-Cities area. As a realtor, I have many opportunities to refer them to both buyers and sellers and I do so on every occasion possible. We had a roommate move out recently who had gum in the carpet and a terrible odor left behind. Chemdry came this morning (a day after we called) and not only is the carpet as good as new, I let them know our cat was put away and they offered to let her out when they left since we were at work. I felt like they took great care of our home and went above and beyond! He even left us a spot cleaner! 100% would recommend!

Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone

Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!

Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
