Chem-Dry Atlanta

We have light carpet in our upstairs and in our steps. We also have 2 dogs and cats. It can get messy. Since using this Chem-Dry location and Ricky as our technician, I wont go anywhere else. Not only is Ricky very professional, very sweet and respectful, he is so very good at his trade. He takes the time to do it right and never rushes any part of it.

We schedule our cleanings around his availability- every time. Cannot recommend him enough. Also, dealings with the office have also been wonderful. The ladies are respectful, polite, know their jobs and are as accommodating as they can be. Have never had an issue with calls not be answered timely, billing, pricing or scheduling.

I highly recommend Chem-Dry Atlanta. The Tech Ricky that came out was very professional, used Covid safety precautions, friendly and knowledgeable about the chemicals. This was my first time using Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location) but it won't be my last. Ask for Kevin if you're looking for a personable, quality guy to take care of you carpet. It was obvious to me that he loves his job, you might catch him hummin' a tune while cleaning your carpet. My carpet also dried twice as fast as "the competitor" I used in the past. 5 stars!

As a first-time customer, I could not be more pleased. We had two area rugs and an upholstered chair cleaned. The technician also noticed that our first two high traffic steps/small landings of our stairs could use a little tlc. So, he did a quick cleaning for us. What a pleasant surprise! The Chem-Dry Technician, Michael, arrived on time and immediately assessed my furniture and thoroughly explained what was needed to clean my coffee stained sofa Bernhardt sofa. Michael communicated with me every step of the way and included me in the process so I knew and understood what he was doing and why instead of just him just the cleaning my furniture without explaining anything to me. Michael cleaned my sofa, two living room chairs and one dining room chair. I appreciated Michaels professionalism and communication skill and will definitely call Chem-Dry and Michael again. Michael and Kyle arrived on time, and worked diligently. First they found pet urine spots with black light, then treated ithem with pet urine removal treatment which I had requested prior. Rugs were then thoroughly cleaned, with care taken to place plastic protectors under wood furniture legs. Professional and very pleasant young men. I am very pleased.

We had our basement carpet cleaned by Chem Dry this week. Brian the technician was on time for the appointment and worked hard on some carpet that definitely needed help. After it dried, we noticed some streaked areas the next morning. A phone call to the office to discuss our concerns and within an hour Brian returned and corrected our concerns. The carpet now lloks good for its age. Thanks for the quick response.
