Two homes in two days. The first was an epidemic of area rugs and furniture, in addition to wall-to-wall in two bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs. The other was a cat smell problem in a bedroom and the remains of a small remodel in an office. In both cases Melissa and her assistants were outstanding. Pricing was fair. Results were above expectations. I will recommend them to others.

We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Melissa was so nice. This was the easiest process to book. Great service on the phone and when Melissa got here I knew I was in good hands. She went over everything in great detail and really took her time. I was surprised its usually in and out, my carpet have never looked cleaner in all the years Ive been getting them steamed. This is a different process and it obviously works.

They dont send contractors out to your house. Its the actual owner of the company, well, one of the owners. I was very very impressed. When you call Stanley Steemer. Stanley does not come out. Very impressed. Ive already referred them twice to my family and Ill definitely be using them next year.

Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned by Melissa and Rochelle. Even though there was an electrical storm looming. These ladies are dynomos. They had many obsticels to navagate. Including a rail for a chair lift for 3 flights of stairs, 34 year old carpeting, heavy furniture and stuff all around as we just moved in. The area rugs which are older cleaned up much better than previous cleaning. The one carpet from previous cleanings would have dirt stains showing up shortly after cleanings while the Chem-Dry cleaning got the carpet really clean. I am very impressed with how clean our rugs and carpets got. I'm planning on hiring them to clean upholstery for the holidays. Also, loved the fresh smell from the cleaning solutions that day.
