The guys at Metro Chem Dry have cleaned our carpets and sofas for years. We used them when we lived in a house in west Omaha and we continue to use them as we moved to a downtown condo. They are transparent when discussing what can and cant be cleaned, and they are quick but focused on completing the job impeccably. I have never had any concerns when they are on the job.

Last night our lab got into hot cocoa packets and opened them on our new carpet. I contacted Metro Chem-Dry and they responded very quickly and even fit me into their schedule on the same day. Brett and Shawn were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.accessed the situation and started to work on the stain removal immediately.they did a FANTASTIC job and I even had them do the entire room and a few large area rugs. I am so pleased that they were able to save my new carpet and that I have found my Forver Carpet Cleaning Service!

Metro Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning service that I use. They have been coming to my home for at least 10 years if not more. They make my carpet look like new and are able to get the tough stains out. Their small crew is very professional and experienced. I know I will get my money's worth when they come out to my house.
