This is an amazing company with a commitment to great service and fair prices. From the first phone call to having Robert come and clean our couch, everyone we dealt with was helpful and SO FRIENDLY. There was a slight hiccup with a piece of equipment and another member of their team came quickly to replace the unit so the service could continue. Robert was patient and accommodating explaining everything he did and adjusting the original quote based on the work that he actually did (which was in our favor!). This is an honest company that cares about the service they provide and takes pride in their work. We HIGHLY recommend using them and we will call on them again!

I have used Patrick Family Chem-Dry services twice in the last year for terrible things my kids did to the carpet. They worked a miracle both times! The most recent time I called late afternoon on a Saturday - a person (!) answered the phone, remembered me from last time, scheduled us for the next business day, and they showed up in the beginning of the time frame knowing I had to pick up my kid from school. I have no idea what terrible thing my kids will do to our carpet next, but I know without a doubt that Patrick Family Chem-Dry will be my first call.

I highly recommend Patrick Family Chem-Dry! When I called, there was a friendly voice waiting to assist me. I needed a carpet shampooed ASAP (I'm a Realtor and I could not list the home with the carpet in the condition it was). Patrick Family Chem-Dry is my go to company for furniture (and mattress) cleaning. Will not use anyone else. Always courteous with phone calls, and very prompt in scheduling. Technicians show up at appointment time, and pay strict attention to details on the furniture (pillows, skirting, arm covers). The results are always amazing! Prices are fair and they often offer discounts through mailers. Love this small, local, family run business.

There are not enough words in English to praise the Patrick Family and their Chem Dry services. Teresa greeted this newbie to CT and offered her best serviceman, Robert, to us for what ended up being an all day job! The attentiveness to our unique situation (new home purchase that was absolutely disgusting, it seems this 58 year old home had not seen a vacuum, broom, or mop in 25 years or so) and his outstanding personality were so amazing!
While we seem to be hemorrhaging money trying to bring the home back to some sense of glory and the unexpected expense to make the home safe for humans and pets was a shock, the Patrick Family Chem Dry team took such great care of us, gave us an outstanding price, and were here scrubbing all the years of filth off our flooring until close to 8pm. Mr. Patrick himself even stopped by to check on his excellent staff. Robert worked his tail off, probably lost a few lbs (and may prematurely grey), was so very thoughtful and professional, and even helped me when my silly dogs thought they should take off after a neighbor dog. Long story short, if you are still reading this review, please know that the Patricks are the best in the biz!

We cant rave enough about Patrick family Chem Dry carpet cleaning services. Our wall to wall wool carpets are 20 plus years old that have seen better days. Dave and Bob were right on time and did a perfect job. They removed all the stains and made our carpets sparkling clean all at great price. You wont regret hiring Patrick family Chen Dry.

I have had another popular company (you know - the yellow trucks?) clean my rugs in the past. Patrick Family cleaned my rugs MUCH better than they have been in the past! I had a sick dog who made a mess in 2 rooms and it was completely cleaned without a trace! They even got up some old nail polish that spilled a few years ago! I am totally amazed at their service as well as David and Rob who came to clean! I am singing praises to all I know about them! Keep up the great work guys!
