Prime Time did a fantastic job! They were professional, friendly, and did great work. They removed long standing stains including purple slime (toddler toy) that seemed impossible to get out! Glenn arrived to the house on time with a smile on his face. He communicated prior to the appointment letting me know what time he would be here and he was right on time. He had a great personality and did an exceptional job cleaning up our light couches after the young kids did some damages to them. I will be recommending him whenever he is needed.

I had Chem-dry clean my 94 year old mothers apartment. Glen and crew went out of their way explaining the process and precautions, making my mother comfortable and safe. Glen was very professional. He responded quickly to my email with a call to set up an appointment. He cleaned a wall to wall carpet on a stairway and hallway. He also took three Asian carpets with him that were badly stained and had very bad pet odor for heavy duty cleaning. They were back within the time mentioned and they looked and smelled great! We certainly will use Glen's services again in the future and will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Great carpet cleaning service! The guy who came was very knowledgeable of all the carpet services and very efficient. He was even sweet to my crazy puppy! Took care of any pet stained spots. There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained. It dried pretty quickly, within a few hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again for the great service!
