My carpets were a mess, both from homes previous owners and my 6 aging rescue dogs, and two cats. I purchased the whole shebang. Perk, sanitizer, sealer because I know the animals will still have accidents. Mark educated me about products to use and avoid. I have to admit my expectations were low because the carpet was a mess. But wow, what a difference. I mean I wish I'd taken before photos. If I could give 6 out of 5 I would. Will certainly use M&M again

Mark from M&M Chem Dry came out yesterday 5/7/20. He arrived on time and was very professional, even had his quarantine mask (I wore one as well while he was here). He explained the process and technique Chem-Dry uses, provided an estimate and got to work quickly. He did an amazing job! Carpets look and feel great and dried quickly. Competitively priced compared to other services I've used in the past. I will definitely be calling him back for my 2nd floor soon!

Good service and wonderful results. Mark has been here numerous times since 2011 and has kept our "older" carpets looking great. When I called to schedule I got to speak to the owner and person doing the job immediately. They called before arrival and explained everything, including cost, before getting started. They were very open about what they could and could not do as well as what they could or could not guarantee. Throughout the visit they continued to share information about the job and recommendations for the future. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service! Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. It's not a bother having them in my home. What they've done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, it's hard to keep things clean. But, they've managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary! I had Mark come in my business to clean the carpets. Very timely, efficient, and courteous. When the job was done, the rugs looked brand new! Mark does a great job. Arrived on time and called to let me know he was on the way. The carpets look amazing. I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Our golden retriever loves to roll around on the carpets and sheds tremendously. So cleaning the carpets is a must. Thank you for taking the time to make them look great.
