Was the only company I could get to come out same day. Had a TECH Chis out in 2hrs. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended some repairs. Chris got the system going so my family could use the system in minutes. He checked in, I agreed to the repairs and had a full trenchless line installed. The crew showed up on time next day with minimal disturbance to my home.
The crew made 2 large holes in my concrete patio that were repaired after the install. You get what you pay for don't waste time or money on someone to destroy your yard for a week or two. Chris, Daniel and crew were in and out in 2 days FLAT.I would recommend them to you for your property. Ive already had neighbors knocking at my door asking how the project was, It was great. Chris, Daniel and the crew are professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Cost, it was in the thousands. If your house was built before 1989 just start saving cash now.

I called them in an emergency situation because of all the great reviews I read online. I am always nervous about calling repair people because it can get expensive and you want it done right the first time. They were able to fit me in the next morning, even working around my schedule. The tech, Dazhon, came to the appointment earlier than we scheduled, which was such a huge help.
The office called me to let me know and he was here within fifteen minutes (which as you know for Fresno is pretty good, considering the sprawl). He was professional, super informative, courteous, and even considerate of our antique rugs! The clog was due to tree branches growing in the main pipe, which he then suggested we send a camera into in the front of the house, I agreed and signed off on the unexpected service and he called the owner out to help him, whose name I didnt catch, but was equally great. Turns out well need more work done in the future, which I wasnt surprised to hear since we just bought an old house, but it was a relief to know that we found a company that we can trust and will do great work with fair pricing.

Eugene was a very experienced plumber and knew right away that our old toilets needed to be replaced. It wasnt our sewer line that was plugging up much to my surprise. Im definitely not a plumber. He gave us good information on shopping for new toilets without having to pay too much for just a branded name. Next morning Eugene installed our 2 new toilets. The work he did from start to finish in timely manner was excellent and fixed our problem. Definitely recommend and will use their services in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. As a builder who's done a LOT of plumbing, I knew the clog was 25 feet from the sink. Called Mr. Rooter at 9am. They were on the site at 12:30. The guy went WAY above the call of duty. He ran the snake 100 ft, backed it out, then did it again. then he went to the front of the house and looked in the plumbing clean out to make sure the water was running properly. Very professional, perfect experience.

I called Mr. Rooter to have a shower valve replaced. Anton arrived within the hour, gave an estimate then went beyond the call of duty. He used the tricks of the trade to replace the valve that was originally Installed back in 1983. The new valve works like smooth glass and it was the best money I've ever spent. The professionalism courtesy and services are highly recommended of the entire staff.

Extremely responsive and professional. Kitchen sink drain line has been clogged for weeks. After calling numerous plumbing companies and leaving messages I got no where. I called Mr. Rooter and they showed up when they said they would, and not only cleared the clog but made the extra effort to make sure they got it all so it won't happen again. When experiencing a slow draining toilet which I tried to fix myself with a cheap closet anger bought at Lowe's I was unsuccessful so I called Mr. Rooster and they came out within a few hours. Plumber Mike assessed the situation and told me he could auger out the toilet, and charge me $200 something, or, and I thought here we go, he could replace the toilet for $400 something.
It must be said that this toilet is over 40 years old so I had no doubt it needed replacement. But then, he preceded to council me about buying my own commode and replacing it myself and saving over $300 dollars. He wrote me up an estimate and that was it; no charge! I look his advice and a couple hours later after a little sweat I had a new toilet installed. I saved a hand full of money and got the satisfaction of home DIY. Thanks Mike. I will definitely call Mr Rooter for my future plumbing needs.
