Incredible! Jonathan is thorough, knowledgable, and friendly. He helped our family install a new water pressure regulator and restore pressure levels back to normal. He laid out the plan clearly, kept us informed, and patiently answered any questions along the way. We are grateful for the wonderful service and hard work! Our family will be differing to My Plumbing Heroes' expertise for any future projects. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and his company. My well pump went out on Friday evening. I reached out to him through a referral on Saturday morning and he did not leave my house until 9:30 PM Saturday night with my well pump replaced and pressure tank replaced. The price was extremely fair And the quality of work was impeccable! I would strongly recommend Jonathan and my Plumbing Heroes to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work needed.

Johnathan arrived on time, he was very polite and kept me informed on what he was doing at all times. He very knowledgeable in what he does. Jonathan came highly recommended on a community page. I decided to hire him in 2024 for a water softener installation. His service was impeccable and his explanation on maintenance was understandable and not complicated. A few months later my old water pressure tank needed replacing and he did that in a day, with detailed instructions again. 2025 started with my well pump becoming nonfunctional. Jonathan came out to a snow covered ground and installed a new pump, with new wiring, etc.

This took 1 & a 1/2 days, understandably (because-snow), however, as usual, the professionalism was on point and my water flow to the home was restored. I appreciate the transparency also, on cost for supplies, labor, etc (with detailed breakdown). This speaks highly to an individual who knows his talent as a plumber and the respect for a client. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for professionalism, talented plumber, honesty, fair pricing and transparency.

My Plumbing Heroes rocks! Jonathan Nation is a great guy and a true expert in the field. His pricing is extremely Fair and his service is above and beyond. I had a problem in my upstairs bathroom and he made it a point to come out and take care of it right away even on the weekend just to make sure he could stop further damage before it started. I've had bad experiences with local Big Time companies in the past and I will never go back to them now that I found Jonathan. He is a hard-working family man with a great heart and great values and puts all of that into his work. I can't recommend My Plumbing Heroes enough.

Great service! We were having some issues with out hot water heater. Jonathan was nice enough to give us some advice on the phone because we were leaving on vacation. Jonathan spent way more time than anyone else would have trying to diagnose the problem to offer a good solution. Turns out the problem may be major, but he recommended trying a couple things before having to spend a ton of money. Awesome guy and awesome plumber? Great communication and pricing. We returned home from a road trip to find a water leak from the shutoff valve in our half-bath. Jonathan added us to his schedule for same-day emergency service on a holiday. He fixed the leak at the valve and installed a new faucet. It saved us a lot of hassle of potentially having to rearrange our work schedules during a busy week.

I recently had an urgent plumbing issue when a metal air freshener can accidentally fell into my toilet. Jonathan came on short notice and efficiently removed the can. Jonathan was highly recommended to me by a trusted person. He arrived soon after my request and his work was precise. First he searched to be sure that the problem was not in the home's water pressure. Then he replaced the needed part and didn't try to make the problem bigger than it was. I even noticed that Jonathan's truck was extremely well organized. I will use his services from now on. He did a great job!
