Had Zen replace 14 windows on our home. Was very pleased with the look and price of the installation. House is much better sealed now and windows are easy to clean with their tilt in feature. The price was much less than Pella or Anderson so we gave there name to several people I knew who were looking at getting new windows. Would recommend Zen for any window replacement jobs.

Brad and his team worked hard and quoted me a fair price. He wasn't the lowest price, but he was nowhere near the highest price. His team came out timely, actually sooner than he estimated, and his team replaced 23 windows at our property. The work was done quickly and as minimally invasive as possible. His team was friendly, able to communicate with us, and arrived on time. Brad is my first call when I have any window needs in the Nashville area. Just wish his prices were a bit cheaper on single window replacements! If you got a project of 4+ windows, look no further!

We recently underwent window replacement by Zen Windows. They did a great job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. We had our old single pane windows replaced with Lotus double hung double pane Windows with solar low E glass. We love them. A lot less noise from the outside. Much lower electricity bills.

I contracted Zen Windows to do a complete Windows Replacement in my house. The Zen team was very professional, and completed the job in a surprisingly quick time. An excellent job and received numerous compliments from my neighbors for the new look on my house. The new windows have noticeably reduced gas use for heat and electricity use for air conditioning. I would recommend Zen to anyone looking for new windows.

Zen Windows was amazing. Brad was very engaged and made the whole window replacement process easy. Quotes from the big box stores and other window companies were almost twice as much. We were able to get the windows we wanted with prairie style grids way under budget while also getting them installed faster than anyone else. We also had 2 windows with a little rot that Brad and his crew took care of as part of the installation and also reassured us if they discovered a bigger problem in the wall they could handle it for a more than fair small fee. We could not be happier. We would wholeheartedly recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking for window replacement. Thank you, Brad!

I had a very good experience with Zen Windows. The quote was easy to understand and competitive. Brad was really great and the installer was professional and cleaned up very well when he was done. All of my questions were answered and I had several of them. I got three windows and a sliding door. The windows were an unexpected purchase due to a crack in our old window, but we will certainly be using Zen to start replacing other doors and windows in the future.

We chose Zen Windows after a lot of research and were not disappointed in the least. Brad, (owner) is professional and friendly. He stays in contact and does what he says. He is also very transparent about his windows, (something rare in the window business). His crew is great. They were friendly, fast, and made sure everything was spotless when they were done.
It's been about a month since the windows were installed and the difference is amazing. The heat is all but gone coming through the windows and it has been really hot here in middle TN. The sound deadening is an unexpected benefit and we love it. We highly recommend Zen Windows.

After many years of wanting to replace a standard window in our kitchen with a bay window, we decided on Zen Windows. Although we never heard of this company or its products, needless to say contacting them was the best decision we made. Brad the owner/salesman, met with us and answered all our questions and concerns, showed us an example of the Zen Window product and gave us a time frame from ordering to the actual installation.
There was no high pitched sale to buy and no money required as a deposit. Once we decided to order and then when our bay window arrived, the entire install process went like clockwork. Brad was on site with his crew who were very careful to protect both the inside and outside of our home during demolition of the old window. He also kept up informed at each step in the process of the installation of the new bay window.
The end result is stunning! An unattractive, flat, dark window has now been replaced by a open and bright Zen Window. It looks great and the installation was perfect. Thanks Brad and crew. We will be back for more windows!

I was in need of replacing 5 faulty windows installed by a bankrupt company. I found that Soft-Lite had acquired the original company. Brad willingly worked with the Soft-Lite supplier to provide replacement panes for my windows. He promptly installed the windows and I am no longer looking through moldy glass. I felt that Brad went out of his way to please me.
