All Pro Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets and an area rug quickly and they looked like new when they were complete. The technicians were very professional and made sure the whole work area was clean before they left. I was very impressed and would definitely use them for carpet cleaning again.

We are in a 62+ Active Senior 4-story Building. They did an excellent job on our apartment. Only our two bedrooms are carpeted and they did our sofa plus they added a protectant to the sofa. We would very much recommend them.

Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. They did a very professional job and were sweet to our old girl, too. Much appreciated!

Eric did a great job, the carpet looks good. My only negative comment is that when I called for a cost estimate the cleaning was given, however, no mention of the $35 service fee.

All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great! We will definitely be using them again for our yearly cleaning!

Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.

I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

All Pro Chem Dry is an outstanding company. I will have them come again and request Joseph Cordova and Jarrett his assistant. What a team! Joseph is a hard working protectionist. My stairs, both sets look like brand new carpet. I will have the clean and sanitize again with the added protectant. I dont need new carpet I just need All Pro Chem Dry and Joseph to come once a year and give my carpet a "face lift".

You can't beat the quality of service here! The friendliness of the tech was awesome! They came and did the estimate one Friday, and then did the outstanding service the next Friday. Our 15 year old carpets looked fantastic after cleaning. They did not have any chemical or other smells, just clean! They were dry really quickly too, which made it easier for us to start moving into our new home. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again when we need carpet cleaning.

All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

The technician showed up on time, he called exactly 30 minutes before he showed up and he did above and beyond work! I really appreciate the work ethic of the technician and the politeness of the pro chem-dry company!

They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.

He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.

My experience with All-Pro Chem-Dry could not have gone better. They were intensely focused on making sure my family had the best possible experience and really went the extra mile. We had them scheduled to come on our closing day to get the house ready and dry before the movers came in later that day. It was one of the most stressful days weve had in a series of already stressful days of moving and home buying, but they made it so much easier.

The owner Don Kado was personally involved and even had office staff coming to bring extra blowers to get everything dry in time. Don even drove me to my temporary residence to pick up a key I had forgotten. The technician was so hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time. After we were moved in, they even came back to touch up knowing that we would be trafficking a lot of dirt as we moved everything into the house.

We moved into a house that had 6 dogs and a cat. We are all allergic to animals in my home and we havent had any allergy problems after they did their magic. They also eliminated the overwhelming pet smell that was everywhere. I cant say enough! Thank you!
