REAL ESTATE TERMS: 10% down day of sale. Balance due within 30 days, at closing. A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply. To be sold subject to seller's confirmation. The deposit may be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, personal check or corporate check. Your bidding is not conditional upon obtaining financing, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing on or before 30 days.

I had an issue with a mis-recorded bid at a recent King Auction.
After several non-returned calls, I was put in Contact with Mr. King.
He assured me that his company never makes mistakes, and that he has been in the auction business 44 years. He consistently interrupted me, and would not let me finish a sentence or a thought. He could have worked with me, but he chose to argue. I would NOT do business with King Auction.
