We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced Chiropractic care or Cryotherapy before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Mountain View Chiropractic and Cryotherapy office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goals is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since Chiropractic care and Cryotherapy involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
Next, you will have a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options to find out if we can help you. This initial visit is designed for the doctor to ask questions and listen to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how Chiropractic care and/or Cryotherapy can meet your goals.
Many people come to Peninsula Wellness Centre because they are in pain and have one goal: relief. So that's where we start! In this first phase of care, the main goal is to reduce your symptoms. Depending on the severity of your problem, sometimes this will require daily visits, or two to three visits per week until pain is under control.

Very clean office, nice staff, and welcoming environment. When I walked in the staff was very helpful, and walked me through the paperwork. I walked in with lower-back pain and Dr. Johnny Duong did an exam and told me what was causing my back to ache. He told me right away this is going to take time, but we can fix it, so don't expect the pain to be 100% gone today, which I thought was very helpful. He adjusted my back, and I felt a little better, now it has been 6 weeks of treatment with him and the back pain I had for 2 years is almost gone. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has back

This was my first experience getting a cyrofacial. I was really nervous but my overall experience was awesome! Danny was very welcoming and explained the whole process. He was fun, down to earth, and also told me that they work with their patients financially. You don't find that often! I don't mind the drive for a place where I can feel comfortable. I will be returning!

Dr. Johnny has been in charge of my care of about almost 5 years. In the time I've been under his care we have been able to get my body from a lot of pain and not active to pain free and lots of out doors activities. When we first met we took x-rays and set up a plan to get more space between my disk spaces and we did just that. My lower back and specially neck now look normal. I owe Dr. Johnny a tremendous gratitude. It's because of him I'm now back to feeling normal, pain free.

I would give this group a 100 if I could. Amazing atmosphere. You just feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I love the flexibility of this office. Adjustments are GREAT. I feel wonderful. My husband is going for treatment there and he is very picky BUT not here he loves it. Loves how personable they make you feel.

I’ve never wrote a more honest review than this. I went In for a cryo session, once I walk in I was greeted right away and taken in the back. Everyone is super friendly and truly cares. The doc asked me how I’m feeling, I told him I broke my ankle a few years back and have some pain coming back. Immediately after my cryo session they were able to take An X-ray and give me some therapy for my ankle and also my back! Unbelievable customer service right?! I also got a follow up text that same night with some more instructions. This place is 20 minutes away from my office but it’s worth the drive
