I had a small accident on Saturday. We text Mike to let him know about it and he answered the text while he was in the middle of attending a sporting event!
He instructed me to contact Maureen on Monday at 9a. I called at 9a and Maureen went right to work. She filled out the claim within a half hour and called me back with all pertinent info. By the afternoon my claim was solved and I had my car in the shop on Tuesday.
How’s that for service!!!

We have been with the Gil Insurance Agency for years, so it pains me to write this review.
We are retired and have 3 vehicles and our home insured through this agency. I have had to cancel our vehicle insurance with them because of continuous increases to our policy. My husband called to ask questions of our agent, but was redirected to the receptionist on more than one occasion. Finally we parked one vehicle in back of our house and stopped using it to reduce insurance costs. We were not offered a review of our policy. Because we’re on a fixed income, we can’t afford continuous increases

Andrew Gill insurance agency is wonderful. Andrew, Stacy and Maureen go out of their way to help with any questions or issues. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone. They will not disappoint. Their customer service is amazing. Their prices are the best. We also have race car /classic cars insured through them and they made everything so easy.

Let me just say that Michelle was amazing! We were buying a new home that requires flood insurance. It was almost a deal breaker! We got quotes from many different insurance agencies but Michelle was able to get us a policy for a very good price and she worked with the lender to make sure everything stayed on track. We were able to get our dream home because of her fast, friendly, and efficient service! Thank you Michelle and thank you AGIA!
