Mr. Heisler specializes in individual and business taxes, estate taxes and tax planning for individuals, businesses and estates. He has been listed on two separate occasions in Baltimore Magazine's Best Tax Accountants and Attorneys. Mr. Heisler is experienced in estate and financial planning, probate, trust administration, income and estate tax law, tax planning, business law and business continuation planning.
Mr. Heisler graduated Cum Laude from Mount St. Mary's College, receiving his bachelor's degree with majors in accounting and economics. Upon graduation, he began his career as a senior field agent at the Internal Revenue Service. He later specialized as a District Conferee where his role was to hold hearings and settle contested tax cases.
Robert W. Lazzaro attended Washington College where he earned a B.A. degree with honors in Political Science. He attended the University of Baltimore School Of Law and graduated first in his class (evening division). He was admitted to the Bar in Maryland in 1978 and began his career as an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore County where he successfully prosecuted thousands of cases.

I would never recommend Mr. Williams for any kind of divorce cases. He highly misrepresented himself as a divorce attorney and clearly cares more about his hourly Billings, discussing confidential issues with the opposing counsel without your consent, and taking multiple vacations than helping you with your case. I can’t count how many times he would not return a phone call. Biggest waste of my money and time. He claims to know all the judges and their demeanors but it was very evident when in the judges chamber, he had no idea how to handle the judges questions.
