Yary employs approximately 45 individuals full-time as well as twenty part-time photographers. I'm the head coach of a volleyball program. My
Boosters chose Yary so I don't k ow exactly what was agreed to. But I do know that the girls' individual photos are lit terribly. Our team photo is also lit weird and we all look like we have terribly greasy faces! I received an 11x13 team photo as a coach's gift, but the frame arrived broken. I've emailed 3 times and gotten no response. I've called and talked to the same guy 3 times. Each time he tells me that he'll have someone bring a new frame by... and still no new frame. Terrible customer service and mediocre

Great working with these folks. We had a very productive photo session for my senior, but also fun. Very accommodating with the order, very professional. We were pleasantly pleased to find out that they also handled the school band photo. Again all of the above, very accommodating to our special order request, very fair on the costs. We now have matching pair of canvas photos for two of our sons! Not to end on a sour note, but last night we were at the studio selected by the school for senior/year book pictures and we did not get the same vibe. Very strict in staying within their package

This company recently did the photos for my son's high school baseball program. I could not be more disappointed! The the players were photographed individually due to covid restrictions and then photoshopped together for the team photos. Several shots were taken of each player but yet there were still 2 players who had their eyes closed for the team photos. That is just a careless mistake that any professional photographer should have not let happen. Additionally, there was one player that wasn't even photographed for the team photo. The company claims that this player did not check

Oh my gosh, I just received my 2 sons photos & they both are TERRIBLE! It's like the photo was taken with an iPhone 3. So unprofessional & not worth a penny. If you are going to own a photography business then know how to take & edit a photo. Not too hard. Now I will use my iPhone 12 & get a better photo. Don't order any photos from this "company".

My experience with Yary was phenomenal. I first spoke with Brittany via email and she was very responsive and professional. We also spoke over the phone and she was very sweet and attentive to my wants of taking an individual uniform photo. She responded within a day of me contacting Yary and she was able to schedule me quickly! On the day of the shoot, Toni was my photographer and I must say it was the easiest shoot I've done. Toni made it very comfortable and easy for me to smile. Her energy was great and I will definitely recommend Yary to my coworkers! Plus, I was able to see the individual

Wow. Awesome company. I had a simple question about an order and Brittney reached out to me to help. She was absolutely incredible and informative. Not only did she help me with my question but she helped me sort out the order I wanted to make and she made it super easy to do business. In these times where many businesses are struggling, including probably a company that drives most of its revenue from things that aren't happening right now, great service hasn't been sacrificed. They gave me an order form and told me I could order online at any time. Tried to order a few days later and it wouldn't allow me. I called and they said I could pay over the phone or wait a few days for an online code to use to preview pictures. I said I would just wait. Finally get the form and go online to order. Package prices are way higher than the order form I was given in person. There are NO packages with individual and team pics. You have to purchase separately. I called and the lady said it should say on the envelope "48 hours to order....and this counts as a reorder."

They were contracted to provide service for the Glendale AYSO. The scheduled date had potential for rain and sure enough it started raining. They refused to provide individual shots until the entire team arrived. Ridiculous. Even after waiting nearly an hour and my 3 year old soaked, they continued to refuse service (they budge by saying if we were missing 2-3 players, they would proceed but more than half the team was not present). Even then, with nearly an hour wait in the rain, make the accommodations by providing individual photos! You had parents who wanted to purchase photo packages but left

The first strike against Yary was their failure to show up and take the group photos. We had one of the parents take the photo then give the image to the Yary photographer when he finally did show up half hour late. Strike 2 - just received the photo and it's awful! It's super imposed against a grey shiny background with reflections at the bottom. Why would anyone want that?? It's so low quality and ruins how the kids look. Very disappointed and a waste of $20

I received terrible soccer photos. The banner in the background was completely crooked. Zero direction given to anyone on how to stand and zero care as to how the photos turned out as long as they were paid. The packages were half of what was received in previous years. Chino AYSO should never use them again.

Extremely unsatisfied. First time they did pictures, it was very smooth. Second time (about 40+ orders) it was very unprofessional with communication, quality of pictures etc. Yary was suppose to use digitally enhanced backgrounds. They took pictures from a grey brick background. I thought they would digitally enhance the background like last year but to my great disappointment they processed the pictures with the grey brick background. This was NOT our agreement. Furthermore, per our agreement they were suppose to provide two 8x10's for the coaches gift and they gave me 1 tiny 4x6" instead

This photography company is a joke. They were contracted to take my daughter's soccer team photos and they did such a poor job. I really wish that they would have taken a moment to tour the campus to find a better location. The background has a chain link fence, apartment complex, and a parking lot! I would have much rather have had the school buildings instead. Besides that they photos they sent of my daughter are very off center. Only half of my daughter's body came out, the other half of tge photo is grass there was absolutely no need to hire them or purchase from them when your smart
