Services
Steinacker Law PLLC has experience in a wide range of legal matters. Whether you have questions about renting a home or how to start your business, we can help guide you through the legal issues involved to ensure that your rights are protected. When you need to resort to the courts for help to enforce or defend your rights, we have the experience to help there as well.
Most of the work done at this firm is billed by the hour, so it depends entirely on how much work you need to have done. My regular rate is currently $275/hr, so if I spend 1.5 hours reviewing your lease agreement, your charge would be $412.50. For smaller transactional matters I can estimate the number of hours so you'll have an idea what the total charge will be (but my estimate is not a guarantee or limit).
Dealing with the passing of a loved one can be difficult enough without considering the legal and financial issues to be addressed. We can guide you through the legalities with compassion. Probate is the process through which a person's affairs are handled after death. In most cases, a member of the family files a petition with the Superior Court to receive authority to act on behalf of the estate.
Real estate law impacts all of us: homeowners, landlords, tenants, property developers, and others. Steinacker Law PLLC has assisted clients with a wide range of transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, easements, boundary adjustments, creating covenants, and foreclosure. Mr. Steinacker also has ten years of experience litigating real estate disputes in Washington, including boundary disputes, neighborhood covenants, and evictions.
How will you ensure that your wishes are carried out after you're gone? Have you thought about who will manage your affairs if you become incapacitated? Having a few simple documents in place can give you peace of mind and reduce the likelihood of increased costs for your loved ones to handle your affairs.

Kevin and his whole network has been providing me excellent service both for my business and for my personal legal needs. I have been using Kevin and his attorneys for over 15 years now and I am always getting fair pricing for excellent work. I have used Kevin for my LLC, real estate and for personal legal issues. I have referred Kevin without hesitation to my family, associates and friends. I did not know kevin before I hired him for the 1st time back in 2005/2006. I have also tried to use other attorneys after moving form the area in 2012 but after negative experiences I ended up going back to
