Positive: Responsiveness

Sorry you feel that way Chad. I have been using Linda for over 30 years and never has she been other than extremely nice and professional. There's always 2 sides to a story. Maybe you can think back and she was just reacting to you. Negativity brings negative reaction back. Karma. Linda has proved herself to Over 30 years to be nice. Was this your only visit? Do not use Linda Norton for insurance, she quotes you one rate and then your bill comes with a higher rate. She is not a people person and talked to me and my wife like trash, I reccomend using David St. Charles for insurance cause he is helpful and actually likes people.

Whatever you do, stay away from this lady and her office. She quotes one price and then jacks it up when you leave the office. She talks to you like your trash and when she gets your debit card number she takes payments out whenever she wants, trust me DO NOT USE LINDA NORTON, WORST CON LADY IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
