We are Yaneck and Sasha, a husband & wife team that are passionate about capturing the fine essence of people. Be prepared for an ab workout during your session because our jokes are killer. We met sailing on Lake Michigan 8 years ago and since then we are together all the time. Besides photography we are crazy about sailing, traveling, hiking, and adventure riding our BMW motorcycles.

By the end of your session we will select together your images and send you your headshots in 4 different resolutions when we finish retouching them.

Can't say enough positive things about Yaneck and my experience with WASIO Faces. Easy to book online, the studio is beautiful and professional, but most importantly, Yaneck is a consummate professional that really knows what he's doing. And his demeanor and personality completely put me at ease. In fact, we laughed the entire time and that made smiling for pics a heckuva lot easier! And I'm extremely happy with the final shots! This was my first time taking professional headshots and Yaneck made me feel so comfortable! He really knows how to get that beautiful smile out of ya. It was quick and easy! Working with Yaneck and Wasio Faces was an exceptional experience. We took our daughter their for her headshots. The entire process from setting up the appointment to advice prior to the session to the actual session was excellent. The in-person session went so smoothly and felt so easy and natural. The one unique aspect is that Yaneck was able to capture something special in each of the headshots we selected for our daughter. We would definitely recommend him to everyone! And go to him again!

I work for a small business primarily based in Minnesota. We have a team member that resides in California and we wanted to include her with our updated headshots on our website. The challenge was our team in Minnesota already had their photos done so our California team member needed something that blended seamlessly with the existing team's headshots. The absolute worst headshots I've ever had and I've been getting headshots for over 30 years. I am an actor and on his site he says he works with actors. Well, I doubt it. He kept telling me how to hold my face and squint my eyes and put my lips and they turned out terrible. Also he only shot inside with a dark background which no photographer that works with actors nowadays does, they all use natural light. I've had my headshots taken many times throughout the years. Honestly, not completely satisfied with most of them until I met Yaneck owner of Wasio Headshots. I felt from the moment I walked through the doors he knew what he was doing. He's a true professional, artist and an overall great guy. Normally, I would feel uptight and self conscious. This was truly completely different. I would and am going to refer him to everyone I know. I have a lot of clients that need branding and professional photos done for their websites and so on. Yaneck is a master!! I've had a headshot done 5 years ago and thought the job was decent but now I've been spoiled thanks to the skills that Yaneck possesses. He has a way of capturing just the right pose, and as funny as it may feel when he tells you how to move and how to tilt - this man knows what he's talking about. I knew about this spot because my sister, brother-in-law, and their fur baby had pictures taken by him. She recommended i had my graduation pictures taken by him. The owner and his wife were friendly and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile. The man that took my pictures was very patient since I obviously didn't/don't have experience in modeling/posing. I'm about to start a new role and was overdue for a new LinkedIn photo. I spent a few days searching around for the perfect place to go to and decided on WASIO faces due to the superior quality of photos on their website, instagram, and Yelp! profile. Sasha and Yaneck definitely did not disappoint!
