Robyn Weber received her B.A. from Purdue University in 1986 and her J.D. from Indiana University in 1991. She has been licensed to practice law in Montana since 1997. The consultation rate is $225 per hour, with initial fee retainers starting at $3,500. For the duration of our representation, our office will keep you current on the status of your case.

Robyn has been aiding my abusive ex. The one who, left a outstanding review of her after "almost losing his kids"
She has no integrity. Will use anything I have said to twist the narrative. She is a bully. I don't have an order from the judge, so can't comment on how effective her bullying is. But at least this time I didn't let her run over me again. She doesn't respond to emails, I was representing pro se, and then uses that as her leverage. Her legal writing and accusations are frivolous opinions that she used to get the judge to sign an emergency order for the parenting plan.

Miss Robyn has helped me out tremendously! She is currently getting my boys back into my life. I'm going through a messy separation. I've had a previous lawyer who dropped the ball many times. Absolute worst attorney! Super poor communication! You'll go months not hearing anything and anytime you ask for an update she charges $20 to read your email and $20 to respond. Totally nickel and dimes her clients. I was even charged $0.40 for something! She actually has a revenue stream from being non-responsive! We probably paid $1,000 in just getting updates over 18 months and another $1,000 reminding her of the case details! She talks a big talk and has no backbone in the courtroom. Says she'll be assertive and then just sits there completely disheveled. We should have fired her after the
