Chase helped us find a 2nd home and also helped us rent out our 1st home, both within the target dates we had set in our mind. He helped knock off almost $8k from the homes listing price, which is a big deal considering its a sellers market in DFW. Being a bit apprehensive about renting out our home, he drafted out the lease for the rental property in such a way that we had all our bases covered.
