I paid over $185,000 to this company to flip a house I owned in San Diego. I was very pleased with the work on 90% of the job. For the past year there have been problems with the laminate floor buckling. They said they would fix, but never did. I am convinced it was shoddy work from the beginning. My son has put this flooring in three different homes in the past 7 years and never had a problem line this. Kevin insisted that it was normal expansion due to change in the weather. I have consulted other flooring people now to find this is unusual and BS. I feel outraged that they don't

We love working with Dale and Kevin of KDI Builders. Having done several projects with them, both interior and exterior, we have been nothing but thrilled with the outcome of each project. Most recently they completed our master bath remodel, along with installing skylights, remodeling our master closet and adding a shoe closet within our master bedroom.
