Erik J. Krueger is a 2013 graduate of Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated with cum laude honors and was an editor of the Liberty University Law Review. Erik obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is a second-generation alumnus.
Jason J. Heinen is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude, served as Chapter President of the Federalist Society, and held the position of Symposium Editor of the Liberty University Law Review. Prior to law school, he obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

How unprofessional... I requested an urgent phone consultation, was told the Wednesday before Thanksgiving if before 11am worked. So we scheduled it for Wednesday at 9am. Called them at 9:15, was told he was not in that day now. Nice of them to let me know.... so in that same call we rescheduled it for today, Friday, at 10am. No call again today. I didn't bother this time to call them. I would recommend choosing a firm where you're worth a phone call. Hard pass.

No one ever wants to have to hire an attorney, but some times it's necessary. I am grateful that I found an attorney that was empathetic and understanding and didn't nickle and dime me to death. After years of putting things off and using a patchwork of "in case something happens" we approached Jason and explained our situation. Jason understood what we needed and was very careful to explain all aspects of our estate planning. After the passing of my husband Jason made dealing with the probate of the Estate an easier process. He was very up to date with his knowledge of the issues. Jason took his time to make sure I understood each step of the process and kept things moving. He also assisted me in directing me to other things that needed be handled.
