Services
Welcome to Direct Fairways, a Nationwide Golf Advertising and Print company that helps golf courses and the neighboring local business community prosper. Direct Fairways was established in Arizona with two sales guys providing product for golf courses and the business community. We are very proud to say that we have been in growth mode ever since and now provide hundreds of golf courses all over the country with our products.
Scorecards are designed to enhance the status of your facility while retaining maximum usefulness, complementing other marketing materials. In the past the high cost of printing the scorecards fell on the individual courses causing them to order in large quantities. Due to the longer time between printing, courses were not able to adjust for changing yardages, designs or layouts.
Our course guides are the golfer's book of choice. When creating a course guide we have one goal in mind; supply the player information that is going to help them shoot the lowest score. We thoroughly examine every course by providing measurements to, and from any position. For a golfer that hits an excessively long drive, to a chip out from the trees, we will have a measurement somewhere close by.
A pin sheet is something golfers encounter at some, but not all, golf courses. The purpose of the pin sheet is to tell golfers where on the putting green the hole is located. Is it front, middle or back? Left, right or center? Pin sheets can be very basic or can provide a bit more information and be a little bit more complex to interpret.
Aside from the detailed hole renderings that we design from scratch, we provide up to 8 pages for you to promote your course; history, pro shop products, lessons, memberships, restaurant, club fittings, bar, weddings, banquets, corporate events, junior camps, leagues, tournaments, etc. These are great as a free souvenir for tournaments, outings, and guests.

Scam Alert. I had to cancel my CC because this company likes to keep your information and charge at will. If you want to advertise with your local golf courses, I recommend contacting the golf course directly. Direct Fairways sold me on scorecard placement with my local golf club...and said golf club prints their score cards in house. I've read countless BBB complaints and negative google reviews all citing similar practices. I don't think they will get away with it much longer. Don't trust these people!

Scam company. They do not work with the golf courses. They will take your money and try to hold it as long as possible by arguing fake contracts and agreements. All employees are obviously all on sales pitches and schemes. Don't work with them. If you do, they do not have a right to hold your money.
They also make people remove reviews to get their money back, so their reviews don't look as bad as they should.

These people are crooks. They sell you advertising over the phone and once you give them your payment information, they keep making up additional charges and charge you at will. They got me for thousands and nothing to show for it. I hope to god people read these reviews before working with these thieves.

ZERO Stars. Shady sales practices. I was sold add space and then follow up representative tried to changed placement location of the ad.
They did not write down my email correctly and in turn did not receive their cancelation policy. Tried to cancel all together after 2 business days and they said that they could not help me because I was outside of the 24-Hour cancelation policy. The policy that I did not receive because they wrote down the wrong email address TWICE. Customer Service manager would not help. No work was done, and no publication was generated, so there was zero wasted expense on

I have been entangled with Direct Fairways for 6 months. I was solicited through a phone order, and promised ad placement with a local golf course for $399.00. Three weeks later $400.00 was taken without authorization from my account. I have reached out to customer service and was told there was a misunderstanding of the agreement. When asked for a copy of my invoice and contract was told the request had been submitted. Nothing has arrived. Two months later 2 additional charges of $798.00 were taken out of my account, again the explanation was there was a misunderstanding at which time I was

**EDIT** After posting this review, I did immediately get my artwork proof and after approving they said it should be printed and sent to the golf course in January 2020. Seeing the other terrible reviews really concerns me, but I believe in second chances, and I also know that new ownership can change things. So, if they follow through on their word and deliver my product in January, then I will up this to a 5 star review. Their customer service has actually been very polite and helpful, but once you get the "smell" that something scam-like is happening, it's hard to shake that

Someone from here reached out to me about a course guide, I was not sure what they were talking about because I have never golfed before. I went to the course and checked them out to get a better idea and the golf course said that they love them. I am deciding to go through with the advertising, and hope that I see some new business!

I had originally signed up for one golf course, but then after talking with one of my buddies and finding out he was doing the same thing but for a different golf course, I wanted that one as well. So now here I am two courses deep, and I am excited to see how many sponsors we get out of this. The sign up process was super quick, easy and the art department was helpful getting everything approved.

Golf course owners and marketing managers should be urgently alarmed how Direst Fairways damages their reputation. DF calls your business owner posing as a replacement of your business. They are relentless with their calls to the point people in your community will come to hate the name of your golf course. They also ignore numbers listed with the National Do Not Call registry. For years and years, they continue to call me, sometimes as often as a few times a week and sometimes several times a day. Their reps are not trained to honor the simple request to "remove from call list." They

I worked for this company from June 2020 - October 2021, the people are great and really help you progress with your goals. They are kind and honest and would travel to the gates of hell for you. I love my bosses Jacob and Kylie, they were excellent people and lovely to work for. My co workers were amazing and I really appreciate the time they gave me and the resources they helped me achieve. I love this company and wish them all the best.

They have contacted me to sort out this issue. I still regret not listening to my gut.
I should have gone with my gut! It told me something was wrong. I try to believe most people are good. THIS IS A SCAM.
I was solicited from a cold call. Asked if I wanted to advertise in a local golf courses score card. Then they up-sold me to advertise for two years and they would throw in a 2nd local golf course. Three months later my "ad" is not on any scorecard and winter is coming They have charged me a second time now and now I can't reach anyone. I am having my credit card company dispute

Not only do I not recommend this company, not only has this company illegally charged my credit card, after leaving a FACTUAL review of all of the events, Katrina from Direct Fairways is now harassing me and threatening me over the phone. I have received 6 phone calls in the last 15 minutes from her today alone.
This companies actions are criminal. Literally!

Kasey Q, or whoever's in charge of responding to Yelp reviews now, your people really need to stop calling.
People have read the reviews, seen the BBB complaints and they would rather hold on to their money.
After looking at other reviews, seems you guys don't actually advertise on the score cards at all.
As for the country clubs you represent, they have never even heard of you.

Don't let these folks scam you! I was reached out to by this company but he kept trying to get me to commit to signing up right there on the phone. I told him multiple times that I do not do business that way and that I would research his company and pitch that evening and if I was interested I would return his call the following day. He then told me he cannot work with that and hung up on me. This is not how legit business is done. Do your research folks! It's a scam!

Review edited following contact from Customer Service -
I was Nevada's top reviewed firearms and self defense instructor last year. I was contacted by these folks, through my husband, and pitched the product by a Jordan Davis. We looked this up, and spoke to the country club concerned. They don't do advertising on their score cards, which is what we were offered advertising on. Score cards are what are carried on a course, hence the pitch. Apparently these are free yardage cards paid for by advertising.
Mr Davis then phoned my husband back and told him he had no idea what he was talking

If you're reading this -- run! They're a scam. Their sales team will tell you that they will help set everything up, graphics, etc... and then radio silence. I've contacted the sales team several times and kept being told that the artwork department would contact me. I've attempted to contact the artwork department without any response. I was finally contacted on the last day of the art submission and was told that nothing was done on my end so that my advertisements will be a blank page. I'm currently in dispute with my credit card company to get my charges reversed.

Up to 4 to 5 times a day multiple times a week.... After being told No no no stop calling me etc.
