We invite you to join the hundreds of our local patients who have found relief from back pain, low back pain, migraines, and sciatica pain and a pathway to wellness, less pain, and pain-free living with chiropractic care well.

We help individuals receive a natural, drug-free approach to health and life. Kimble Chiropractic is an innovator in the treatment of back pain, with the utilization of laser therapy (a drug free, surgery free approach to treatment). At our clinic, results speak for themselves. Since 1959, we have been successfully helping people relieve pain by getting to the underlying cause of their problem, without the side effects of drugs.
Services
At our clinic, results speak for themselves. Since 1959, we have been successfully helping relieve pain for people by getting to the underlying cause of their problem, without the side effects of drugs. Using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and gentle care, we are consistently helping others by bringing closure to acute discomfort or chronic pain.
If you're looking for a non-surgical way to help relieve serious low back pain, consider spinal decompression traction therapy. This treatment can effectively decompress your spine's vertebrae, relieving the pressure that can be causing significant amounts of pain. For more information about this time-tested technique, contact us online for a chiropractic care appointment.
Facet joints are located at the back of each spinal bone, two interlocking "fingers" in which many pain-sensing spinal nerves are located. Problems can arise when the typically smooth surfaces upon which these joints glide become inflamed or otherwise irritated, or rough. If someone chooses the surgery route for neck and back pain treatment, these joints are often removed, which exposes the spinal cord.
If you've been in a car accident, you know how quickly accidents can happen. Perhaps you were suddenly rear-ended or a car drifted over from another lane, crashing into yours. At first, you may not feel the full impact or the pain because of the adrenaline rushing through your body and maybe you're assuming that, if your car wasn't badly damaged, then you must be fine, too.
Laser light therapy involves using specific light wavelengths (red, near-infrared) intended for therapeutic effects. This is also known as photobiomodulation. Benefits are numerous, including pain reduction, improved healing time, decreased swelling and increased circulation. Laser therapy for pain has been widely used in Europe since the 1970s.
