I have never been treated with such impertinence on the two occasions I visited this dental office. When I showed up to my dental appointment, Dr. Carter reprimanded me and accused me of being late and stated he does not tolerate tardiness. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and said he could not see me because I was late. I told him I was on time, in fact, I was 10 min early. He did not care to listen and dismissed me. It turns out his receptionist mixed up the times and told me one appointment time but had another one on Dr. Carter's calendar. Honest mistake, but Dr. Carter did not

After seeing the commercials on Northgate Dental this place looked classy and modern and it was near my work so thought I would switch over to Northgate Dental. I will admit the office is nice and they are definitely up to date with the latest technology which was all a plus for me but the staff just wasn't the friendliest and didn't make me feel welcome then to top it off I will say Northgate Dental is the Jiffy Lube of Dental offices. They like to upsell services and over exaggerate a bit on your dental needs. I was told I needed to have 8 fillings done and also needed a laser treatment

I’ve always been self conscious about my teeth but today was the first time I felt comfortable enough to talk with them about the things I needed. Everyone was pleasant and understanding. The environment was very comforting especially for someone with very bad anxiety and stress when it comes to the dentist. I’m excited to see where my dental experience is going to go!

Questionable billing in comparison to our new dentist. The staff and dentist also did not treat my daughters as respectful as they should have. I am not sure that the office was even billing our insurance, and I am certain I was double billed. It was suggested that additional treatments were necessary, which we learned later were not. In order to pull four winsome teeth, the cost would be $2000, up front. We went to an oral surgeon instead. The total cost was $400. Our insurance covered the rest. We paid a ton of money for lackluster dentistry and horrid costumer service.

I am absolutely terrified of even stepping foot in a dentist office. Today from the moment I showed up until the moment I let they were the nicest and sweetest ppl. Their customer service is top notch. I felt no pain at all and couldn't believe how fast it was. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if they have anxiety abouy the dentist.

First off I would like to say that I am a person who takes comfort in a clean and well kept doctors or dentist office because it lets me know they care about their space and their patients. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out everything you see is immaculately kept. Clean surfaces, newer equipment etc.
The staff greets you immediately and is very professional and caring. Never once did I feel like just another patient. Shelly sat and personally talked with me about my bad experience that's kept me from going to the dentist regularly. They made sure

I had written a review of this clinic earlier, giving it only 3 stars because of a billing dispute. Dr. Carter was kind enough to call me to work it out. Since I needed more dental work, I was willing to try it again after talking to him. Since then I have had 4 crowns replaced and I'm very happy with how I was treated. The staff is warm and kind, and Dr. Carter has been wonderful. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the prices are high, but he has a totally up-to-date office and makes his own crowns there on the site so you don't have to wait. They are expensive but

The new location is just amazing!!! I can't be surprised because Dr. Carter only wants the best for his patients! Ok, this is my second review. I wanted to add a few things about the new location.
1. The chairs have massage!!! WHAT!!! Yes!
2. The rinse water is warm! I can honestly say no dentist I have ever gone to had warm water for rinse during the procedure. It has always been cold...till now. For me this was a huge comfort!
3. The equipment is even better then the other location. Hard to believe but true.
4. Decor, atmosphere...everything needs 10 stars!!!

If there is a better dentist and staff in Colorado Springs it would be hard to imagine. Their professionalism, honest kindness and compassion, willingness to work through issues and a true commitment to getting it done right are nothing short of amazing.
I believe one can find out the true character of a person, not when things go right, but when things take an unexpected turn. I can tell you from experience, their true colors in those moments and the colors are warm, kind and sincere.

From the day I phoned to each appointment, I was always treated with respect. They are a professional dental office with caring staff. They even took the time to sign a birthday card for me, which included a $5 gift card to a local (healthy) yogurt place. I had a dental appointment on my birthday of all days, but they made it feel particularly special. So KUDOS to all the staff & particularly to Dr. Carter, who genuinely takes an interest in the well-being of the health of your teeth/mouth.

Over the course of my military career, I have experienced quite a few dentists during that time - some good, some not so good. Unfortunately, due to those experiences I have developed a somewhat disliking of "going to the dentist". That was until I recently retired and started visiting Dr. Carter's Northgate Dental on a regular basis. Although my family has been going there for several years now, I now am a regular too and am absolutely thrilled with my experiences, especially this week.

Seriously, worst service I have ever received by dental care. The doctor was beyond rude, it left me shocked and upset, I actually walked out...
I have a lot of work to be done on my teeth, so of course I'm in pain...If you ask for pain medication from the doctor, be prepared to be completely degraded and made out to be a drug addict. (Btw I clearly do not do any drugs).
Also, maybe I would pay for their extremely overpriced services if they actually cared about the patients well-being. Their business is just about making money, that's all they care about. I cannot believe they are
