We have a very large family with lots of teen drivers to insure. Recently my son hit a deer. We were able to get his truck fixed for a low deductible and had him back on the road in no time. All thanks goes to Jake and his attention to my case, as well as his knowledge on the matter. His staff also was very helpful and informative on how to open my claim and even offered to help with the process. My experience with state farm and specifically this office should have the option of 0 stars. I filed a claim because one winter night I noticed water dripping out of my electric panel. I called the Jake Davis office and spoke to a lady who said she would put in the claim and that it was ok to get the box replaced immediately. So I follow their instructions and have the box replaced. A few days later they send an adjuster out to look at the old electric panel, which I no longer had, the adjuster informs me he needs to see it so I told him who the contractor was. A short while later he comes back
