He seemed okay at first, or I wouldn't have retained him as my attorney. He is VERY RUDE, and puts off work onto the client, and his assistant that HE, as the attorney, should be taking care of!!! His assistant & I figured out what happened to my insurance payment that was supposed to go to the bankruptcy trustee, and he proceeded to blame the insurance company's mistake on on us, even though he NEVER called them!!! I had given him the information he needed to call them two or three times, yet he kept asking for me to call them. Then when he himself FINALLY called me about it he was

The office staff is very rude, unprofessional , Casey that handles MrJones cases clearly needs a customer service course, The level of disrespect that comes from the office of Mr Jones is very disappointing and disgraceful. I don’t know any of these women That currently work for the attorney, but what u will not do is talk to me on a level of disrespect, I don’t owe Mr Jones a dime. Steve Jones and his office staff are awesome! Really down to earth and straight forward. How can you go wrong with that? Me and my husband are very happy with the outcome of our case. Mr.Jones went above and beyond to make sure everything happened accordingly. He has been more like a friend and talked to us with respect and treated us like we were the only case that mattered. I dealt with him years ago on a apposing case. He won then sadly. But years later after I… had changed my life and married my husband we hired him to fight for us to get our son/step son. AND HE WON THE CASE AGAIN! My husband calls him a bull dog. Steve helped us in a family court case that ended in an adoption. He was very thorough in the family court part. He made sure everything was taken care in a timely manner and he really had the best interest of my children at hand. When it came to our adoption proceedings he was celebratory with us! I always knew what was going on and always knew our next step to take. He was great. He also has a great staff that stays on top of your case and there to explain any concerns you have while Steve is unavailable. Our 9 yr long fight ended in a year after Steve took on our case.
