We know we're different from most agencies. Our goal isn't to be the largest advertising or marketing agency in town-being small allows us to collaborate consistently and remain agile, adjusting to take advantage of opportunities and avoid disasters. We believe in focusing inward to provide the best outward experience for our clients, so we've spent a lot of time and energy making Archer & Hound a great place to work. We have mission and vision statements, like most companies, but they didn't feel like they captured the whole spirit of A&H-so we took all of the missing pieces and created something new: our culture statement.

Beware!!! Stay far away from this Ad Agency!!
This is literally the most horrible business experience I have EVER HAD!!!
This company has no diversity AT ALL and their attitude reflected it right away. The owner Jessica definitely need to attend diverse training classes.
How their racial bias started from the very beginning:
First off, I completely own 100% of my company and "I hired" them to run and manage social media campaign: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google etc.
I was also going to utilize their other marketing services such as Radio & TV commercials

Outstanding work! Our Association used them for multiple products and SWAG. Service was great and on time. Would highly recommend them for all future projects etc. I liked how they listened to my goals and ideas and made them happen. Quality was also excellent, and made my members appreciate the products even more. Finally, the price range was met on target, even allowing me to add on products. Thank you!!!
