When looking to buy our first home we decided we would stick with Fehrman because we personally knew several of the agents. We found the perfect house! Only issue was Lohmiller is who the seller had decided to use, after being reassured this would not cause a problem , we still decided to use Fehrman. We walked thru the house and went to the bank to make sure everything was in order. Lohmiller had repeatedly told Fehrman we were the only people looking at the house. After getting the go ahead from the bank, we made an offer only to find out Lohmiller had someone else looking and that their offer
