Why would someone want a beautiful upgraded and decorated home that is too hot upstairs and too cold downstairs? We provide Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam and Spray Applied Polyurea Coatings to all of Riverside County, San Diego County and Los Angeles County. 951 Construction is owned by husband and wife Kevin and Kathy Page, high-school sweethearts.
The focus of 951 Construction is to help people stay cool inside their Southern Californian homes and businesses. The first step is attic ventilation, specifically whole house fans. The second is air-sealing and heat-blocking foam insulation in walls and attic or roof. 951 Construction is dedicated to energy conservation measures provided with competitive prices and a high attention to detail and quality.

Services
The attic is an important interface between the living space and the building exterior. In summer, heat from the sun called "Solar heat gain" causes the roof temperature to rise dramatically and this heat passes down into the attic space by conduction and radiation. A typical attic can reach temperatures of 140F and the objective is to stop the heat reaching the living space.
951 Construction specializes in concrete leveling or lifting. We have the capability to inject foam under existing concrete slabs, solidify sub base, and raise sunken concrete. Concrete will begin to crack as voids develop and slabs begin to settle and also due to oversaturation from water. Concrete is like a living organism, it breaths, takes on moisture, emits moisture, and expands and contracts.
There are two reasons spray foam works so well: it is fully adhered to the substrate and it stops air movement through the insulated assembly. Fully Adhered: Spray foam is applied as a liquid and instantly expands to be foam. In this process the foam becomes a "glue" and is bonded to the sprayed surface.

I called this company several times and left voicemail. Never got a call back. Finally reached Kevin and explained what I wanted done. He quoted me a price and I told him I would think about his offer and compare other options. After a few days I decided to move forward with his offer and called him back. Again I left several voice mails and, again, no return call. Finally I reached Kevin again told him I would like to go ahead with the job. He said he would call me back tomorrow to schedule and he asked me to text him my address etc. which I did. 9 days later and no response. I called Kevin again

Talked with Kevin and received a verbal quote based on the information I provided. Also emailed the information on our house. Did not receive a response to my email so called back 2 weeks later and was able to get an installation date. Unfortunately looking at my notes I saw the price was $50 higher than the first quote.
Bob the installer did an excellent job. Bob assessed our house configuration and attic construction. Bob worked with us to plan out our installation to our satisfaction. Bob was clean and a hard worker even with temperatures in the high 90's and attic temperature well over

Kevin and his wife installed our house fan back in July. They were very nice and professional and did an excellent job. We do not have central air or any AC units in our home in Montebello and this house fan has saved our lives!!! Our house stays cool even on 90-100 degree days. At night, once the temperature lowers beyond the temperature in the house, we open the windows and turn on the fan all night long. In the morning we wake up to a cool fresh house and close everything up for the day. Wen we come home from work, the house is still nice and cool and feels like we have AC running. Our electric

Just over the phone, I'm impressed by Kevin's knowledge and competence. He thought up potential problems I'd never suspected, and had solutions ready. No sales pitch, just discussing the project. My only problem now is that he's so busy I may not be able to meet with him for weeks! That's got to be a good sign, though. Well worth checking him out.

I scheduled a week ago to have a whole house fan installed. First spoke with Steve who gave me a competitive quote and told me he would call me back for an installation date. He never did call back. So I called again and spoke with the owner who said they would come today 6/28 to perform the install in the afternoon. I received a call this afternoon stating that they weren't going to be able to do it today and would have to reschedule for 5 days later. I told them this was not going to work and I had stayed home from my job today to accomodate.

951 Construction did a fantastic job on our Whole House Fan installation. At every step each person I worked with was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. All the details were laid out and costs were explained. Then, Bob Hancock, our installer came out to do the installation. My house had unique circumstances which changed our equipment and installation needs. Bob came out multiple times in order to figure out the best solution and installation. We now use the fan, and it works great. I would highly recommend 951 Construction and Bob Hancock.
