Luis has been working on my cars for 10 years. Just after Luis moved to this new shop, my clutch went out on my Nissan 350Z. After getting a very expensive quote from the Nissan dealership in SF, I decided to stick with someone I know and trust, even if it meant a tow down the Peninsula.
For me, it's all about trust Luis completed the work on my clutch and saved me more than $1,500 by only replacing what was needed, charging a fair hourly rate, and getting the work completed quickly.What a relief! I don't mind driving an hour from my home to have the right work done the right way. I'm glad to have a repair person I can count on.

I've had my starter, my power steering system and my cooling fans replaced by Lou. I keep coming back because I don't have to deal with any malarkey. He does a superb job, communicates clearly, responds to his promises on follow up calls, and usually handles my work as soon as I need it.
It's just so easy to keep coming back, I hate the uncertainty of dealing with car repairmen. Too shady. Too indirect. It's not the case with this place. This place is a no brainer for me, then I can get on with my life. 5 stars

Lou is the best! He is honest, has great communication and never talks down to you or tries to upsell. He's an honest mechanic who provides excellent service and really cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

Lou is simply great.
He’s straight up, very knowledgeable,easy to work with, positive and friendly.
After 45 years in the automotive service field, it’s simply a pleasure to have someone that relates and knows how a customer, whether or not they have knowledge of what goes on “under the hood”needs to be communicated with.
I’ve over the many years being on the “other side “ of the desk have seen some in the business who’s ego is wrapped up in what they think they know, rather than what they can do and bully unknowing, trusting customers.
That’s NOT Lou,he’s the real deal
