I've been using Karen with niehaus insurance for five years now, she's basically like family now. She has always given us the best rates and she's always takes the time to explain things about the coverage and make sure I get the coverage that I need. I'm a penny-pincher and she's always helped me get the best deals for the coverage I need. I would definitely advise anybody to work with Karen, she and her associates are so nice and helpful.

If you want a broker you can trust, who communicates in a timely manner and keeps your insurance policies updated with the right employees I would NOT recommend working with Karen Niehaus. I discovered after many failed communication attempts that my business policies for dental and vision have multiple employees on them who should have been removed months ago.

I have had a terrible experience with this firm. I used them to obtain commercial liablitiy insurance for my retail stores. As my company expanded, each time I prepared to open a new location, I contacted the firm and gave them all the information they requested to have the new store covered. Each time I would ask for documentation as to the coverage, I was told the process would take time and that I should be patient. I eventually had 5 stores open and I believed that I was properly insured. I continually asked for copies of the policies and documentation that I was covered and I was continually
