I've been to Dr. Hoefer numerous times and continue to be amazed by the professionalism of her and her staff. They work on total body alignment, which is something I've never seen before. And they offer the full-body analysis / experience including X-rays, electronic pulse, yoga and massage therapeutics. I highly recommend Wellness Chiropractic Center.

I've just stated seeing Dr Hoefer and I wish I would have come to her sooner! The first visit was SO comprehensive and I left with so much knowledge, in a better mood which lasted several days, and started getting much better sleep. I did a follow up, and my alignment was much better than the previous visit, and the appointment was clearly tailored to my needs...not just the exact same type of adjustment was the time before. I am totally sold on upper cervical chiro care and I look forward to continuing to heal, and have proper alignment for when the birth of my baby coming up. I just

My wife, who’d been seeing another chiro for years, saw Dr. Hoefer recently. She’s 30 weeks preggo and dealing with low energy, fatigue, and difficulty holding proper posture. Being preggo looks hard, and I’m grateful she’s handling that part.
Anyway, after my wife’s first appt w/ Dr. Hoefer, she was GLOWING. Her posture looked stronger and she beamed confidence everywhere. Seriously, nothing but smiles and stories of her experience. She said she actually feel asleep at her appt.
The reason I’m writing this review is because, by a miracle, or trickery of some sort, MY POSTURE ALSO

I had headache, shoulders, neck pain for over 4 years. It was so painful that I could not focus and to the point that I had difficulty to turn my neck around when driving. I couldn't take my beloved yoga classes, it also effects my work when using computer.

Dr H and the staff are absolutely the best chiro treatment in South OC My adjustment has held for over 3 years and I had chronic lower back pain for most of my life
This is way above and beyond most chiropractic care
I go in for a check ups and stay in alignment with fine tuning They take full xrays and I can't say enough about the Blair Upper Cervical approach
My family has been in and out of her office and we are so thankful we found her

I think some troll left the 1-star review. I have been seeing Dr. Hoefer for close to 10 years. I started seeing her at Precision Chiropractic and have now moved over to her new office in Mission Viejo. She is kind, has a great bedside manner, and has always been able to help me get out of pain. She is an excellent and professional chiropractor. I give her 5-stars and two thumbs up!
