I believe we are all created for connection in relationship, and that all relationships have the potential to bring great joy and great struggle. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship between us, and that addressing the concerns that bring you to therapy can be a process that brings healing, transformation, and growth.
There is ample parking onsite. When you arrive, simply come through the main doors and take either the stairs or the elevators to the 2nd floor. The entrance to Suite 250 is to the right in both cases. Make yourself comfortable and I will meet you in the waiting area at your scheduled appointment time.
If you are unable to complete them beforehand, they can be completed during your first session. For those in need, I offer a progressive sliding scale based on income. I do not take insurance at this time, but I am happy to provide a receipt with which you may be able to be reimbursed. Please ask your insurance company about their coverage of out-of-network providers to determine if you are covered.
I believe that the process of healing begins through authentic and vulnerable connection with another. My counseling orientation is informed by attachment theory and the relational psychodynamic therapeutic model which looks at patterns of relating from early life up to the present. I offer genuine involvement where there is an ongoing invitation to explore deep issues and concerns.
