It's our company's commitment to ensure all of our properties are maintained in tip-top condition. We maintain a list of pre-qualified contractors and vendors to mobilize as needed to assist us with any ongoing maintenance or emergency responses required.

Access to electrical, phone rooms and roof access can be coordinated through our offices. Monitoring access to these rooms helps to assure that the integrity of the buildings is maintained and that interruption to systems, now and in the future, will be held to a minimum. All phone and data work required interior to your leased space is contracted for and paid for by each individual tenant.
