So friendly and personable. I came from Metro dental care where I felt like a number. Don’t get me wrong they have great hygienists and Dentists at Metro .. but I never saw the same one more than twice.
Lakeview had impressive and useful technology too. They created a 3D model of my teeth and gums. Dr. Carol and I could go over and see exactly what my teeth and gums looked like as if he and I were looking in my mouth together at all possible angles. I could see each bit of recession, my crown and every minor tooth chip or bit angle. I’ve not been to another office that has anything

I've been a patient here for years. They always treat me fair and I leave satisfied with a job well done. Natalie does a great job keeping my teeth clean and always greets me with a smile and a laugh. Dr.Kelly tries very hard to keep my needs affordable. The clinic is close to my home and it keeps my business local. Keep up the good work ! Jim

Recently my son and I were in for our routine cleanings. My hygentist was Natalie and my son saw Jen. Were do I even begin? Natalie listened to my concerns and made me feel like I mattered. She was so gentle and checked in on me through the whole appointment. As for Jen, well because of her my son now brushes 2 times a day (he is 7yrs old 🤪). He has spoke so highly of her since the appointment. The topping of the cake for him, Jen let him try her sushi she had brought for her lunch. He pretty much thinks she is a super hero! Lakeview is the place to go. I promise you wont regret it!

I rarely submit google reviews, but I must because I had a wonderful experience at lakeview family dentistry.
The experience started off with a warm welcome from 3 staff members, smiling, happy to be there. Next the hygienist was superb! She described every procedure in detail and consistently asked me my comfort level - I'm used to having various dental tools shoved in my mouth with no knowledge of what's happening or why. She also offered 2 new things I didn't know existed at a dental office, an orange aroma placed on my bib which smelled fantastic and an electronic numbing scraper for the extra

Dr. Carrell is the best. He is great at making you feel comfortable about any procedure. I have had an extensive amount of work done in my mouth and have not felt like he didn't know what he was doing. One of his staff members however, is not professional at all. She made me feel like my questions are stupid and was very rude on several occasions. She acts like she is the cats meow when in fact, she should probably go back to school to learn how to treat people. She was very short with me and I really do not appreciate her demeanor. The rest of their staff members are very kind and helpfull.

The team at Lakeview Family Dentistry always exceeds my expectations. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and Dr. Carrell, they all make me feel valued and at-ease. I see Dr. Carell myself for regular visits and appreciate his kind demeanor and thorough care. Recently, I brought my three children in for visits and their hygienists, Jen and Jacky, were warm, friendly, and thoughtful. They answered my kids’ questions and talked them through each step of the process. My youngest had a pleasant, exciting first trip to the dentist. I had recently switched to Lakeview Family Dentistry, and for my first appointment it was just a routine cleaning. The hospitality was top notch. I work construction, and kind of called in last minute and they had gotten me in! My cleaning went great! I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best cleanings I have had. Also, the front desk didn't pressure me to schedule my next visit, especially since I never know mine. This place is great! The word "Family" suits this Dentistry perfectly!
